The purpose of this paper is sensitivity analysis to determining the effect of uncertainties on the dimensions of design parameters. Therefore, using LINGO software a nonlinear optimization model based on risk analysis in both deterministic and probabilistic scheme have been developed for design of one of the most common structural flood control measure. In The probabilistic design , each of uncertainties once separately and once again all together are applied and Monte Carlo simulation for uncertainty analysis has been used. In this paper a reach in the Moali-abad river at north of Shiraz city, has been considered as case study. According to the results of probabilistic and deterministic models, the optimum return period equal to 20 years. Unlike the deterministic model that every output (design parameters) is single valued, stochastic model gives a range for each parameter that its value affected by the uncertainty imposed. The results show that applying the hydrologic uncertainty in the design is more efficient than economic uncertainty, and the economic one is more efficient than the hydraulic uncertainty. In the situation of limited time and budget, it has suggested that at least hydrologic uncertainty has been considered in design.}, keywords = {Uncertainty,Hydrological,hydraulic,Economic,Risk Design,optimization,Levee}, title_fa = {تحلیل حساسیت عدم قطعیت‌های هیدرولوژیکی، هیدرولیکی و اقتصادی در طراحی سیستم‌های کنترل سیلاب}, abstract_fa = {طراحی سیستم‌های کنترل سیلاب به دلیل ماهیت تصادفی سیل و خطاهای اندازه‌گیری با انواع عدم قطعیت‌های هیدرولوژیکی، هیدرولیکی، ژئوتکنیکی و اقتصادی همراه است. هدف این مقاله تحلیل حساسیت این عدم قطعیت‌ها به منظور تعیین میزان تأثیر هر یک از آن‌ها بر ابعاد طراحی سازه می‌باشد. بدین منظور، با استفاده از یک مدل بهینه‌سازی غیر خطی مبنی بر تحلیل ریسک1 در دو حالت احتمالاتی و قطعی در نرم افزار 2LINGO، به طراحی یکی از معمول‌ترین سازه‌های مهار سیلاب یعنی گوره‌ها3 پرداخته شده است. در طراحی احتمالاتی، هریک از این عدم قطعیت‌ها یک بار به طور جداگانه و بار دیگر همه با هم در مدل اعمال شده و جهت تحلیل عدم قطعیت‌ها از روش شبیه سازی مونت کارلو4 استفاده شده است. در این مقاله، محدوده شمال شهر شیراز در مجاورت رودخانه خشک معالی‌آباد به عنوان منطقه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شده است. در پی اجرای مدل، دوره بازگشت بهینه طراحی در هر دو حالات احتمالاتی و قطعی یکسان و برابر 20 سال به دست آمده است. برخلاف مدل قطعی که در آن ابعاد سیستم به صورت تک مقداری حاصل می‌شوند، مدل احتمالاتی یک بازه برای هر پارامتر نتیجه می‌دهد که مقادیر آن‌ها تحت تأثیر نوع عدم قطعیت اعمال شده، تغییر می‌یابد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که اعمال عدم قطعیت هیدرولوژیکی در طراحی، مؤثر‌تر از عدم قطعیت اقتصادی، و آن هم مهم‌تر و مؤثر‌تر از عدم قطعیت هیدرولیکی است. در صورت وجود محدودیت‌های هزینه و زمان، جهت اطمینان و رضایت از عملکرد بهتر سیستم در زمان آینده، لازم است حداقل عدم قطعیت هیدرولوژیکی در طراحی منظور شود.}, keywords_fa = {عدم قطعیت,هیدرولوژیکی,هیدرولیکی,اقتصادی,تحلیل ریسک,بهینه‌سازی,گوره}, url = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_13440.html}, eprint = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_13440_d68b3d910df3aacc7ea11e7d36ccaa6c.pdf} }
