Drought is a large scale natural disaster and its occurrence is beyond control of water resources managers. On the contrary, water scarcity is a result of increasing and wasteful use of water resources, although it may be controlled via proper management decisions aimed at water conservation. Nowadays, these two phenomena often occur simultaneously and result in water deficiency. In this paper, using a conceptual water balance model in an observational-modelling framework, the effects of drought and water scarcity on watershed runoff are separated. This framework was proposed by Van Loon and Van Lanen (2013), which allows the simulation of the natural hydrological response without the impact of human activities. The framework first calibrates a hydrological model during the period that the watershed is not disturbed by human interventions. Then, by comparing with the period when the watershed is influenced by coupled human and natural factors, separates the effect of these two factors. The results indicated that although between the 1379-1380 to 1390-1391 water years, the monthly precipitation decreased by nearly 12% compared with the long-term period of 1351-1352 to 1378-1379, the ecosystem could receive the minimum environmental water requirements while the major cause of water scarcity was extensive human activities. Moreover, even in studied wet years, a considerable decrease in discharge was detected.}, keywords = {water scarcity,Human Effects,Drought,Water Balance Model}, title_fa = {اثر تغییرات اقلیمی و انسانی بر آبدهی رودخانه راوند با استفاده از مدل ون‌لون}, abstract_fa = {خشکسالی و کم‌آبی دو واژۀ کلیدی در مدیریت منابع آب محسوب می‌شوند. وقوع خشکسالی به عنوان یک بلای طبیعی در مقیاس بزرگ، خارج از کنترل مدیران منابع آب است. در مقابل آن کم‌آبی ناشی از استفادۀ فزآینده و بی‌رویه از منابع آب است ولی با تصمیم‌های درست مدیریتی جهت حفاظت از منابع آب می‌تواند تحت کنترل درآید. امروزه، در اغلب موارد این دو پدیده هم‌زمان حادث شده و باعث کمبود و بحران در منابع آب موجود می‌شوند. در این مقاله با کمک یک مدل مفهومی بیلان آب در ساختاری مشاهداتی-مدل‌سازی، اثرات خشکسالی و کم‌آبی در یک حوضه آبخیز تفکیک می‌شود. این ساختار توسط (Van Loon and Van Lanen, 2013) پیشنهاد شد به نحوی که امکان شبیه‌سازی عکس‌العمل هیدرولوژیکی حوضه را بدون تأثیر فعالیت‌های انسانی مقدور می‌سازد. این ساختار ابتدا به واسنجی مدل هیدرولوژیک حوضه در دوره‌ای که متأثر از فعالیت‌های انسانی نیست می‌پردازد. سپس در مقایسه با دوره‌ای که حوضه تحت تاثیر تلفیق عوامل انسانی و نوسان‌های طبیعی است، سهم این دو عامل را از یکدیگر جدا می‌کند. نتایج نشان داد علی‌رغم اینکه در فاصلۀ بین سال‌های آبی 1380-1379 تا 1391-1390 کاهشی نزدیک به 12 درصد در مقدار بارش ماهانه نسبت به دورۀ بلندمدت 1352-1351 تا 1379-1378 اتفاق افتاده، تااندازه‌ای حداقل‌های زیست محیطی اکوسیستم برآورد شده و علت عمدۀ کم آبی، فعالیت‌های گسترده انسانی است. علاوه بر آن، در سال‌های پرآبی دوره مورد بررسی، هم‌چنان کاهش محسوس دبی مشاهده می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {کم‌آبی,اثرات انسانی,خشکسالی,مدل مفهومی بیلان آب}, url = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_39603.html}, eprint = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_39603_e723534d949bc2b6c8a2adb4eff7017a.pdf} }
