Low flows, small floods, and high floods are the most important parts of the regime that play special roles in retaining the river in healthy conditions. Allocating the minimum environmental flow, as a fixed figure and disregarding the important components of the river regime, is common in river management in the country. The present research, noticing the imposed danger to environment through employing this policy and using the ideas embedded in Building Block Method (BBM) as a holistic method, obtained the river environmental flows under the condition of data shortage. The employed criteria used in this research for defining the required thresholds to achieve the proper regime were: providing living creatures in the river with appropriate hydraulic conditions, retaining river bed morphology, protecting main channel shape, saving riparian vegetation cover, and coinciding with the watershed climate. Based on results, wetted perimeter technique was employed when supplying drinking and industrial water, a combination of historical minimum discharge and Q95 was used when adding agricultural water, a 2-year flood was used for saving river morphology and flushing sediment from its bed, and a 5-year flood for supplying the river’s flood plains. The main achievement of this research was introducing a comprehensive ecological regime by defining the required thresholds for having a healthy river in an IWRM framework.}, keywords = {Environmental flow components,Simplified holistic method,Ecological regime,River}, title_fa = {معرفی رژیم جامع اکولوژیکی در شرایط کمبود داده برای تعیین حق آبه زیست محیطی رودخانه‌ها}, abstract_fa = {جریان رودخانه‌ها رژیمی پویا و دینامیک بوده و از اجزای مختلفی تشکیل شده است. جریان‌های کم، سیلاب‌های کوچک و سیلاب‌های بزرگ بخش‌های مهمی از این جریان را تشکیل می‌دهند و نقش خاصی را در سلامت محیط‌زیست رودخانه‌ها ایفا می‌کنند. تا کنون در بهره‌برداری از رودخانه‌های کشور بدون توجه به نقش این اجزا جریان ثابتی به محیط‌زیست رودخانه اختصاص داده شده است که می‌تواند خطرات زیست‌محیطی زیادی به دنبال داشته باشد. در این مقاله با برداشت از ایده روش اجزای سازنده به توسعه یک روش جامع نگر در شرایط کمبود داده پرداخته شده و با تعریف معیارهای مورد نیاز، جریان‌های زیست محیطی رودخانه به عنوان مهمترین اجزای رژیم اکولوژیکی انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق معیارهای مورد استفاده برای تعریف آستانه‌های مورد نیاز برای تعیین رژیم جریان مطلوب عبارت بودند از: فراهم آوردن شرایط مناسب هیدرولیکی برای موجودات زنده درون رودخانه، حفظ مورفولوژی بستر رودخانه، حفاظت از شکل آبراهه اصلی، نگهداری از پوشش گیاهی اطراف رودخانه و همسویی با اقلیم حاکم بر حوضه آبریز . براساس نتایج، درصورت استفاده از جریان رودخانه برای شرب و صنعت دبی حاصل از روش هیدرولیکی حداکثر انحنا، و در صورت تامین آب کشاورزی، ترکیبی از حداقل دبی تاریخی و دبی حاصل از روش Q95، برای حفظ شکل و مرفولوژی رودخانه و همچنین دبی شستشو سیلاب 2 ساله و برای تغذیه سیلابدشتها سیلاب 5 ساله درنظر گرفته شد. بدین‌ترتیب نتیجه این تحقیق معرفی رژیم جامع اکولوژیکی با تعریف آستانه‌های لازم در شرایط کمبود داده برای حفظ یک رودخانه سالم در چهارچوب مدیریت جامع حوضه آبریز می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {اجزاء جریان زیست محیطی,روش جامع نگر ساده,رژیم اکولوژیکی,رودخانه}, url = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_41727.html}, eprint = {https://www.iwrr.ir/article_41727_6c7d48513a8b38a507292237e375d8ad.pdf} }
