بررسی کارایی مدل هیبریدی Wavelet-M5 در پیش بینی فرآیند بارش-رواناب
فرآیند بارش- رواناب از مهمترین و پیچیده ترین پدیده ها در چرخه هیدرولوژی بوده لذا در مدل سازی آن، دیدگاه های متفاوتی برای توسعه و بهبود مدل های پیش بینی کننده ارائه گردیده است. بدیهی است درک صحیحی از رفتار حوضه می تواند نقش موثری در انتخاب مدل و همچنین صرفهجویی در زمان مربوط به امر شبیهسازی ایفا نماید. مطالعات پیشین نشان داده است که جهت مدل سازی حوضه های آرام که معمولا دارای الگوی منظم بارش هستند، مدل های چندخطی عملکرد قابل قبولی دارند. در این مطالعه ضمن معرفی مدل ترکیبی چندخطی موجک-درخت تصمیم، کارایی آن جهت مدل سازی فرآیند بارش-رواناب حوضه آبریز آجی چای مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در ابتدا سری های زمانی بارش و رواناب با استفاده از تبدیل موجک به چندین زیرسری تجزیه گشته تا بر ناایستایی آن غلبه گردد. سپس زیرسری های حاصله به عنوان ورودی به مدل M5 درختی اعمال شد تا پس از طبقه بندی داده ها، رگرسیون مربوط به هر خوشه ارائه شود. در ادامه نتایج با سایر مدل ها (مدل های ANN، M5 و WANN) مقایسه گردید که برای این منظور از دو معیار ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا و ضریب تبیین جهت ارزیابی نتایج استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که برای حوضه نسبتا آرام آجی چای عملکرد مدل ترکیبی پیشنهادی موجک-درخت تصمیم نسبت به مدل خام M5 درختی تا 69 درصد بهبود مییابد.

بررسی شوری آب زیرزمینی آبخوان دشت نقده با استفاده از دیاگرام تحول رخسارههای هیدروشیمیایی (HFE)
آبخوان ساحلی دشت نقده که در بخش جنوبغربی دریاچۀ ارومیه واقع است، بر اساس کموگراف درازمدت، دچار روند افزایشی شوری شده است. با توجه به نتایج نامطلوب نفوذ آب شور از جمله تأثیرات بهداشتی، سلامت انسان و مشکلات زیستمحیطی مختلف، مطالعات بیشتر در این زمینه اهمیت مییابد. بر اساس ردهبندی مقادیر TDS حدود 48% از منابع آب زیرزمینی این دشت برای مصارف شرب و کشاورزی نامناسب هستند. به منظور پایش منابع آب زیرزمینی دشت تعداد 33 نمونۀ آبی جمعآوری و مورد آنالیز هیدروشیمیایی قرار گرفت. شناسایی منشأ شوری و مکانیسم-های هیدروشیمیایی حاکم بر آب زیرزمینی با استفاده از اندیس تبادل کاتیونی (BEX)، نسبتهای یونی، دیاگرامهای ترکیبی، تفاسیر زمینشناسی و هیدروژئولوژیکی انجام گرفت. همچنین هالوژنهای Cl و Br به دلیل رفتار تغییرناپذیر برای مطالعات شوری مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. دیاگرام تحولات رخسارههای هیدروشیمیایی (HFE) به عنوان روشی سودمند برای شناسایی وضعیت آبخوان و آسیبپذیری آن نسبت به نفوذ آب شور بهکار برده شد. تطابق این نتایج با توزیع مکانی شوری (EC)، نشانگر وجود دو محدوده در قسمتهای شرق و شمالی مرکز دشت با مقادیر شوری بالا و خطر نفوذ آب شور میباشد. شوری این منابع آبی در رابطه با برهمکنش آب-سنگ و انحلال سازندهای شورکننده، کاهش بارندگی و افزایش تبخیر همراه با تشکیل شورهزارهای فصول خشک، نفوذ شورآبهها و زهکشی آبهای سطحی، توسعه فعالیتهای کشاورزی و همچنین احتمال بالاآمدگی آب شور تشخیص داده شد.

چالشها و تقابل تامین آب کشاورزی و حقابه محیطزیستی در حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه
یکی از مسائل مهم امروز کشور ایران بحث احیای دریاچه ارومیه میباشد که از سال 1387 شمسی مورد توجه دولت و برنامههای توسعه قرار گرفته است. مسلماً از دلایلی که علیرغم این تلاشها و هزینههای سنگین همچون تشکلیل ستاد احیا، تأثیری چندانی بر وضعیت دریاچه نداشته، تبعات تخصیص آب به دریاچه بر بخش کشاورزی میباشد. بدین منظور این تحقیق در تلاش است بطور کمّی، این تبعات را بر کشاورزی استانهای مرزی دریاچه نشان دهد. بدین منظور یک دوره 50 ساله از جریان طبیعی رودخانههای حوضه در نظر گرفته شده است تا تحت شرایط مختلف هیدرولوژیکی، سه نوع مدیریت آب کشاورزی، تخصیص کامل و یا بخشی از نیاز آب دریاچه این مهم مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گیرد. نتایج نشان داد که تأمین حقابه دریاچه به کاهش حدود 20 تا 25 درصدی حقابه بخش زراعت آبی در استانهای آذربایجان غربی و شرقی نیاز دارد. بدیهی است که حصول به چنین کاهش سطحی، تبعات سیاسی و اجتماعی بالایی دارد و این در حالی است که طی سالهای اخیر سطح زیر کشت و تبدیل زراعت به باغ افزایش یافته است. بدین ترتیب توصیه میشود تا ستاد احیا براساس تجربیات جهانی، مطالعات داخلی و تجربیات 5 ساله خود، چشمانداز قابل حصول و خدمات جدیدی برای اکولوژی حوضه و دریاچه تبیین نماید، در غیر این صورت امکان بهرهبرداری بهینه از فرصت زمانی و منابع اعتباری برای احیای دریاچه فراهم نخواهد شد.

جریان کمینه، مؤلفهای مهم بمنظور بررسی میزان آب دردسترس بویژه در مناطق خشک است که جهت مدیریت خشکسالی و کاهش آن مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی تغییرات زمانی-مکانی پدیده خشکسالی هیدرولوژیکی در سطح حوزه دریاچه نمک بر پایهی شاخصهای فصلی منحنی تداوم جریان (FDCSI) شامل Q70، Q80، Q90، Q95 و Q99 میپردازد. برای این منظور، 18 ایستگاه با حداکثر آمار بلندمدت (43 سال) انتخاب و مقادیر FDCSI براساس دو فصل تابستان (خرداد تا آبان) و زمستان (آذر تا اردیبهشت) استخراج گردید. از آزمونهای ناپارامتری من-کندال، من-کندال اصلاح شده و برآوردگر شیب سن جهت شناسایی روند زمانی و توان هرست جهت بررسی حافظه بلندمدت استفاده شد. برپایه نتایج هرست، اغلب سریهای زمانی دارای حافظه بوده ولی الگوهای یکپارچهای تبیین نگردید. روند کاهشی شدید معنیدار براساس شاخصهای فصلی تابستانه و زمستانه به ترتیب در 66-50 و 50-38 درصد از کل ایستگاهها شناسایی شد. علاوهبراین روند ضعیف افزایشی در 11-5 درصد ایستگاههای مطالعاتی در سطح معنیداری 95 و 99 درصد مشاهده گردید. ارزیابی نتایج شاخصهای فصلی نشان داد، جریان تابستانه به علت عدم تأمین دبی پایه، خشکسالی شدیدتری طی دوره 2012-1970 متحمل شده است. الگوهای زمانی بارشی، افزایش تبخیر-تعرق، تغییر کاربری اراضی و در نهایت برداشت بیش از حد از منابع آب سطحی و زیرزمینی جهت اهداف کشاورزی از عوامل احتمالی روند کاهشی شدید طی فصل تابستان است.

ارزیابی کارائی منابع بارشی بازتحلیل شده و مبتنی بر تکنیکهای سنجش از دور جهت مدلسازی هیدرولوژیکی با استفاده از مدل بزرگ مقیاس VIC-3L
باتوجه به گسترش روز افزون تکنولوژیهای ماهوارهای و قدرت محاسبات رایانهای، پایگاههای بارشی با توان تفکیک زمانی و مکانی مختلفی ایجاد شده است که بر خلاف ایستگاههای زمینی دارای پوشش مکانی بسیار زیادی میباشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کارائی پایگاههای بارشی باز تحلیل شده ECMWF و PERSIAN جهت مدلسازی هیدرولوژیکی با استفاده از مدل بزرگ مقیاس VIC-3L در حوضه آبریز سفیدرود پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی آماری حاکی از آن است که در مقیاس زمانی روزانه پایگاه ECMWF با دارا بودن ضریب همبستگی معادل 83/0 با داده-های زمینی از عملکرد بسیار بهتری نسبت به پایگاه PERSIAN برخوردار میباشد. هرچند در مقیاس زمانی ماهانه هر دو پایگاه بارشی مذکور دارای عملکرد تقریباً مشابهی میباشند و در بیشتر بخشهای حوضه دارای ضریب همبستگی بالای 8/0 با دادههای زمینی هستند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از اجرای مدل هیدرولوژیکی نشان داد که علیرغم پائین بودن توان پایگاه PERSIAN در تخمین بارش در سطح حوضه، عملکرد آن در شبیهسازی هیدروگراف جریان خروجی از حوضه در هر دو مقیاس زمانی روزانه و ماهانه نسبت به پایگاه ECMWF بسیار بهتر میباشد. به عنوان مثال، ضریب کارائی نش-ساتکلیف (NS) بدست آمده در دو مقیاس زمانی روزانه و ماهانه در صورت استفاده از دادههای PERSIAN به ترتیب در حدود 80/0 و 88/0 میباشد و این در حالیست که در صورت استفاده از دادههای ECMWF مقادیر مذکور به ترتیب معادل 67/0 و 72/0 خواهد بود. همچنین در صورت استفاده از دادههای PERSIAN میزان خطای مدل هیدرولوژیکی در برآورد دبیهای اوج هیدروگراف جریان تا مقدار زیادی کاهش مییابد.

توسعه مدل عامل بنیان جهت احیای منابع آب زیرزمینی با رویکرد مشارکتی: مطالعه موردی دشت شبستر-صوفیان
اتکای بخش های زیادی از کشور بر منابع آب زیرزمینی از یک طرف و افت روزافزون سطح تراز ایستابی آبخوان ها از طرف دیگر اهمیت توجه به این بخش از منابع آب را بیش از پیش افزایش داده است. به دلیل پیچیدگی های سیستم های اجتماعی-زیست محیطی مرتبط با منابع آب زیرزمینی، نیاز به استفاده از ابزارهایی است که بتواند این پیچیدگی ها را در قالب روابط عامل های موثر مدل نماید. مدل سازی عامل بنیان، شبیه سازی کامپیوتری با رویکردی جامع نگر از ذینفعان یا همان عامل هایی است که با یکدیگر و با محیط خود بر اساس اصول رفتاری خاص تعامل می کنند. در این مقاله، با کاربرد مدل سازی عامل بنیان رفتار کشاورزان، عوامل نهادی موثر، آبخوان و نیز روابط آن ها در دشت شبستر-صوفیان با مشارکت ذینفعان از طریق به کارگیری مصاحبه ها و پرسش نامه های نیمه ساختاریافته مدل شده است. نتایج بررسی اجرای پنج سناریوی نمونه نشان می دهد در صورت هماهنگی مناسب نهادها و جلب مشارکت کشاورزان، ضمن افزایش درآمد کشاورزان، می توان در طول 10 سال، 202 میلیون مترمکعب از برداشت چاه ها را کاهش داده و در نتیجه حدود 40 درصد بیلان منفی آبخوان را جبران نمود. با استفاده از این مدل می توان فهم مناسب تری از سیستم پیچیده مدیریت منابع آب زیرزمینی به دست آورده، مشارکت ذینفعان را جلب کرده و با تعریف سناریوها در فرآیندی مشارکتی، به راهکارهای بهتر در فرآیند تصمیم گیری دست یافت.

کاربرد رویکرد ورشکستگی در تخصیص بارهای آلاینده نقطه ای و گسترده در رودخانه
تخصیص بهینه بار آلودگی قابل تخلیه به منابع آلاینده در راستای بهبود شرایط کیفی رودخانه از مسائل حائز اهمیت میباشد. هدف این مقاله بکارگیری رویکرد ورشکستگی، یکی از زیرمجموعههای تئوری بازیها، جهت تخصیص بار آلودگی به منابع آلاینده و رسیدن به مقدار استاندارد اکسیژن محلول پایاب رودخانه زرجوب در گیلان است. بر این اساس در این تحقیق، از ترکیب مدل شبیهساز کیفی QUAL2Kw، الگوریتم بهینهسازی ازدحام ذرات و قوانین ورشکستگی استفاده شده است. در واقع در این تحقیق، مقادیر تخلیه آلایندههای نقطهای و غیرنقطهای حاشیه رودخانه توسط الگوریتم بهینهسازی ازدحام ذرات و با قیدهای ورشکستگی تعیین گردید. نتایج نهایی بدست آمده بیانگر کاربرد موثر رویکرد ورشکستگی در دستیابی به حد مطلوب اکسیژن در پایاب رودخانه میباشد. این در حالی است که مقدار بار آلودگی ورودی به رودخانه در اثر بکارگیری این قیود تا حد بالایی کاهش یافته و تخلیهکنندگان را ملزم به تصفیه میکنند. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده برخی روشها مطلوب آلایندههای عمده و برخی دیگر روشها مطلوب واحدهای آلاینده کوچک میباشد ولیکن در تمام آنها استاندارد کیفیت رودخانه رعایت شده است.

ارزیابی و انتخاب بهینه معیارهای الگوی کشت مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار
بحران کم آبی و سهم بالای بخش کشاورزی در استفاده از منابع آبی، منجر شده است که همواره مطالعات بسیاری جهت بهبود مصرف آب در بخش کشاورزی انجام شود که تعداد قابل ملاحظهای از این مطالعات به اجرای الگوی کشت بهینه، جهت استفاده مناسب از منابع آبی تاکید کردهاند. اما دراین میان به تاثیر و نقش معیارهای انتخابی در تعیین الگوی کشت و تاثیر آن بر کارایی استفاده از منابع آبی کمتر توجه شده است. برای تعیین الگوی کشت در هر منطقه معیارهای بسیاری وجود دارد که انتخاب هر سری از معیارها، منجر به نتایج متفاوت میگردد. به همین دلیل بررسی و مطالعه جهت انتخاب مناسب معیارهای الگوی کشت که منجر به استفاده بهینه از منابع آبی در بخش کشاورزی شود، امری ضروری میباشد. در این راستا در مقاله حاضر با تکیه بر توسعه پایدار، معیارهای مختلف الگوی کشت مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و در نتیجه یازده معیار به عنوان معیارهای اصلی انتخاب شده و برای دو محصول پسته و گل محمدی در حوضه "کویر درانجیر" اولویتبندی و بررسی میشوند. این اولویتبندی در قالب یک مساله بهینهسازی با تابع هدفی مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار پیشنهاد و جستجو میشود. حل این مساله از طریق روشهای الگوریتم ژنتیک تصادفی و آشوبناک (تنت، هنون و لجستیک) مورد مطالعه قرار داده میشود. نتایج عددی حل این مساله نشان از قابلیت بهتر الگوریتم ژنتیک آشوبی تنت نسبت به دیگر روشهای مزبور دارد. همچنین تحلیل نتایج عددی حاصله از حل این مساله بهینهسازی، بیانگر دستهبندی معیارها به ترتیب دسته معیارهای زیست محیطی، اقتصادی، و اجتماعی میباشد.

برآورد غلظت رسوبات معلق در سطح آب مخزن سد با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره ای (نمونه مورد مطالعه: سد ارداک مشهد)
برآورد رسوبات معلق در آبهای روان از جنبههای مختلف نظیر عملکرد سازههای هیدرولیکی، مشکلات زیستمحیطی و .. دارای اهمیت میباشد. هدف اصلی از این تحقیق استفاده از فناوری سنجش از دور به منظور برآورد غلظت مواد معلق در سطح آب ورودی به مخازن سدها در طول عمر سد و همچنین برآورد سالانه آن می باشد. برای این منظور از نتایج آزمایشگاهی و دادههای سنجنده 〖ETM〗^+ ماهواره لندست مربوط به طیف بازتابندهگی رسوبات معلق در غلظتهای مختلف استفاده شدهاست. در یک کار آزمایشگاهی با استفاده از یک دستگاه اسپکترورادیومتر ASD، مقادیر بازتابندگی آب محتوی مقادیر مختلف رسوبات معلق در محدوده طیفی 400 تا 2500 نانومتر اندازهگیری شد. سپس این مقادیر بازتابندگی برای باندهای سنجنده OLI ماهواره لندست 8 با استقاده از توابع پاسخ طیفی آنها، بازنمونهبرداری شد. در این تحقیق از مقادیر مختلف رسوب در 90 نمونه از غلظت gr⁄lit 16/0 تا gr⁄lit 05/100 استفاده گردید. در بررسیهای انجام شده بازتابندگی باند 5 لندست با مرکزیت 865 نانومترو باند 2 با مرکزیت 5/482 نانومتر به عنوان باندهایی که به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین حساسیت را به مقدار رسوبات از خود نشان دادهاند، تشخیص داده شدند. به این ترتیب بین تفاضل بازتابندگی در این دو باند (〖R_865-R〗_482.5) و غلظت رسوبات معلق رابطهای نمایی با همبستگی مناسبی تشخیص داده شد. در این رابطه پارامتر RMSE آن برای حداکثر غلظت محتمل رسوب براب57/1 و پارامتر R2 برابر با 91/0 بدست آمد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که مدل جهت برآورد رسوبات معلق در آب، عملکرد خوبی از خود نشان میدهد.

مدیریت احیاء منابع آب زیرزمینی با استفاده از مدل تلفیقی شبیهسازی عددی - بهینهسازی فراکاوشی جامعه مورچهها
ذخایر آبزیرزمینی در ایران از اصلیترین منابع تأمین آب میباشد. با پیشرفت فناوری، بهرهبرداری از این ذخایر در چند دهه اخیر بشدت روبهفزونی گذاشته، بطوریکه آب استحصالی معمولاً بیشتر از ظرفیت آب تجدیدپذیر منبع بوده و روند افت سطح تراز آبزیرزمینی و کاهش این ذخایر را بهدنبال داشته و منجر به بروز پیامدهای منفی شده است. از اینرو، مدیریت صحیح این ذخایر ارزشمند و حفظ پایداری آنها اهمیت زیادی پیدا میکند. امروزه برای مدیریت صحیح منابع آبزیرزمینی از مدلهای تصمیم با چارچوب تلفیقی مدلهای شبیهسازی-بهینهسازی میتوان استفاده کرد. بنابراین، در این تحقیق با استفاده از مدل شبیهسازی عددی MODFLOW در یک برنامه مدیریتی ده ساله و الگوریتم بهینهسازی جامعه مورچهها، مدل تلفیقی شبیهسازی-بهینهسازی برای آبخوان نمدان واقع در استان فارس، ایران توسعهدادهشد. سه شاخص پایداری، پرشدگی و احیاء آبخوان در راستای طرح ملی احیاء و تعادلبخشی منابع آب زیرزمینی کشور برای مدیریت احیاء منابع آبزیرزمینی محدوده موردمطالعه مدنظر قرار گرفت و بر اساس آنها، توابع هدف و قیود مسائل مدیریتی، توسعه داده شد. نتایج بدست آمده براساس هدفگذاری دستیابی به بهترین وضعیت پایداری، پرشدگی و احیاء آبخوان در طول دوره مدیریتی هدف بترتیب بیانگر افزایش 3، 5/9 و 6/10 متری سطح تراز آب زیرزمینی نسبت به ابتدای دوره بوده است که لزوم توجه به انتخاب تابع هدف صحیح در راستای تحقق هدف برنامه مدیریتی را مشخص میسازد و امکان بررسی عملیاتی شدن الزامات تحقق آن را فراهم مینماید. همچنین استفاده از سهشاخص اعتمادپذیری، مطلوبیت و آسیبپذیری جهت بررسی نتایج سناریوها بیانگر بهترین وضعیت آبخوان تحتسناریوی اعمال شاخص احیاء بوده است.

ارزیابی تمایل به پرداخت مشترکان آب شرب اهواز در جهت کمک به بهبود کیفیت آب آشامیدنی
در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط تمایل به پرداخت شهروندان شهر اهواز جهت کمک به بهبود کیفیت آب آشامیدنی بررسی شده است. جهت بررسی عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر میزان تمایل به پرداخت، از مدل اقتصاد سنجی لاجیت استفاده شده است. داده های مورد نیاز از طریق یک مطالعه میدانی، تکمیل پرسشنامه و مصاحبه حضوری با 400 خانوار ساکن شهر اهواز به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای جمع آوری شده است. مطابق نتایج 75 درصد خانوارها، حاضر به پرداخت مبلغی جهت کمک به بهبود کیفیت آب آشامیدنی بوده اند. به طوری که تمایل داشته اند جهت بهبود آب شرب سالم مبلغ 2886 ریال به ازای هر مترمکعب در ماه پرداخت نمایند. همچنین بر اساس این مطالعه، متغیرهای تأهل و جنسیت تاثیر معنی داری بر تمایل به پرداخت خانوار ندارند. سایر متغیر های مدل یعنی سن، سطح تحصیلات، بعد خانوار، درآمد و قیمت پیشنهادی معنی دار بوده است. با توجه به ارزش و اهمیت بالای بهبود کیفیت آب آشامیدنی، پیشنهاد می شود که سیاست هایی جهت حفظ استانداردهای کیفیت آب اتخاذ گردد.

شبیهسازی پیوسته بارش- رواناب با استفاده از شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی برمبنای انتخاب متغیرهای موثر ورودی با الگوریتم اطلاعات متقابل جزئی(PMI)
آگاهی ازتوان طبیعی تولید رواناب درحوضههای آبریز یکی از نیازهای اساسی برای برنامهریزی اصولی جهت بهرهبرداری بهینه از رواناب می باشد. از اینرو شبیهسازی بارش –رواناب در حوضههای آبریز از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار میباشد. در این مقاله به شبیهسازی پیوسته بارش-رواناب در حوضه سد مارون با شبکه های عصبی مصنوعی پرداخته شد تا توانایی و دقت این شبکه در برآورد رواناب نیز ارزیابی گردد. با توجه با اینکه تعداد روزهای بارندگی در هر سال کمتر از روزهای غیر بارندگی میباشد بنابراین رواناب خروجی از حوضه ناشی از دو مکانیسم متفاوت میباشد. در زمانهای همراه با وقوع بارش و چند روز بعد از آن، رواناب خروجی از حوضه عمدتا به صورت سیلابهای با دبی زیاد و تداوم کم می باشد. ولی در اکثر روزهای سال که بارندگی وجود ندارد، رواناب خروجی بصورت جریان پایه با مقادیر دبی کم و با تداوم زیاد میباشد. بنابراین در این تحقیق سعی بر ارائه یک مدل بارش-رواناب دو ضابطهای شامل مدل مربوط به روزهای بارانی و مدل مربوط به روزهای غیربارانی شده است. همچنین متغیرهای ورودی موثر در دبی جریان در حوضه مارون با استفاده از الگوریتم اطلاعات متقابل جزیی (PMI) تعیین شدهاند. مقایسه مقادیر شاخصهای آماری بین مدل تکضابطهای و مدل دوضابطهای نشان میدهد که دقت مدل دوضابطهای در برآورد دبی جریان در ایستگاه ایدنک بیشتر از دقت مدل تکضابطهای میباشد. بطوری که ضریب ناش-ساتکلایف برای مدل تکضابطهای و دوضابطهای به ازای مرحله آزمون شبکه به ترتیب برابر با 86/0 و 94/0 میباشد.

تاثیر توابع کرنل بر شاخص خشکسالی SPEI و مشخصههای خشکسالی
برنامهریزی و مدیریت خشکسالی مبتنی بر شناخت خشکسالی، مشخصههای آن و گستردگی مکانی و زمانی آن است. در تحقیق حاضر شاخص بارش و تبخیر و تعرق استاندارد شده (SPEI) دوازده ماهه در دوازده ایستگاه قدیمی حوضه زایندهرود با اعمال چهار کرنل شامل مستطیلی، مثلثی، دایرهای و گوسی با حداکثر وزن ماه پنجم برآورد گردید و تاثیر کرنلها بر مشخصه-های خشکسالی ارزیابی شد. نتایج بررسی سری زمانی شاخص SPEI در ارتباط با چهار مشخصه خشکسالی یعنی زمان رخداد، تداوم، بزرگی و شدت خشکسالی حاکی از حساسیت بالاتر سایر کرنلها نسبت به کرنل مستطیلی در شناسایی خشکسالی بود. کرنل مستطیلی دارای حداکثر ضریب تغییرات در هر تداوم خشکسالی است. کرنل گوسی در تداوم و بزرگی خشکسالی و کرنل دایرهای در شدت خشکسالی کمترین ضریب تغییرات را بخود اختصاص دادند. همچنین کرنل گوسی در مقایسه با سایر توابع از حساسیت بیشتری در آشکار سازی نوسانات خشکسالی برخوردار است و زودتر از سایر توابع علائم مواجهه با خشکسالی را آشکار میسازد. در مجموع نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان میدهد استفاده از اوزان یکسان و در واقع کرنل مستطیلی برای کلیه ماههای مورد استفاده در تحلیل خشکسالی میتواند منجر به بیش یا کم برآوردی پارامترهای مختلف خشکسالی گردد.

بررسی اثر تغییر اقلیم بر حداکثر بارش محتمل 24 ساعته در یک اقلیم نیمهمرطوب
در پژوهش اثر تغییر اقلیم بر مقادیر حداکثر بارش محتمل 24 ساعته (PMP24) در قسمتی از حوزه آبریز قرهسو واقع در استان گلستان بررسی شد. به این منظور از دادههای اقلیمی در مقیاسهای زمانی ساعتی و روزانه طی دوره زمانی 2017- 1987 استفاده شد. جهت تولید دادههای آینده از خروجیهای مدل گردش عمومی جو (CanESM2) تحت سه سناریوی خوشبینانه (RCP 2.6)، حد وسط (RCP 4.5) و بدبینانه (RCP 8.5) و مدل ریزمقیاسنمایی آماری (SDSM) در دو دوره آینده نزدیک و دور استفاده گردید. مقادیر PMP24 با روشهای همدیدی، استاندارد و تجدید نظر شده هرشفیلد در دورههای زمانی پایه و آینده تحت سه سناریو محاسبه شدند. مقدار PMP24 با استفاده از روش استاندارد Hershfield در دوره پایه 421 میلیمتر محاسبه شد. این مقادیر تحت سناریوهای RCP، برای دوره آینده نزدیک 202، 228 و 213 و برای دوره آینده دور 216، 201 و 230 میلیمتر به دست آمدند. نتیجه حاصل از روش تجدید نظر یافته Hershfield در دوره پایه 230 میلیمتر بود. مقادیر PMP24 تحت سه سناریو در دوره آینده نزدیک 81، 85 و 76 و در دوره آینده دور 83، 80 و 79 میلیمتر محاسبه شدند. مقدار PMP24 حاصل از روش همدیدی در دوره پایه 143 میلیمتر به دست آمد. این مقادیر در آینده نزدیک 98، 105 و 109 و در آینده دور 129، 122 و 126 میلیمتر به دست آمد.

مدل سازی رابطه بین کیفیت آب رودخانه و پوشش / کاربری سرزمین با رویکرد مناطق میانگیر
کاربری یا پوشش سرزمین در حوضه آبخیز تأثیرات زیادی بر کیفیت آب رودخانهها دارد. کیفیت آب رودخانه ها به علت تغییرات الگوهای کاربری یا پوشش سرزمین در حوضه آبخیز به دلیل فعالیتهای انسانی تغییرات زیادی از خود نشان میدهند. در این تحقیق برای تعیین میزان اثراتی که تغییر در کاربری در بستر و حریم حوضههای آبخیز رودخانهها بر کیفیت آب آنها می گذارد، به مدل سازی رابطه بین کاربری و متغیرهای کیفیت آب پرداخته شده است. برای انجام آن، با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) و به کارگیری نقشه کاربری یا پوشش سرزمین؛ درصد کاربری سرزمین در مناطق میانگیر با عرض 30، 60، 90 و 120 متر برای ۳۹ حوضه آبخیز که در حوضه آبریز حوضههای جنوبی دریای خزر قرار گرفته اند، تعیین شد و سپس رابطه بین متغیرهای کیفیت آب و ویژگیهای کاربری سرزمین در هریک از حریمهای 30 متری مناطق میانگیر، از طریق آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و برای مدلسازی به دلیل اینکه ممکن است دو یا چند متغیر مستقل روی متغیر وابسته تاثیر بگذارند، از رهیافت مدلسازی رگرسیون خطی چندگانهگیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از دادههای کاربری سرزمین در مناطق میانگیر میتواند مدلهای قابل اعتمادی را برای پیش بینی کلراید (r2=0.81) و سدیم (r2 = 0.78) در اختیار قرار دهد. بعلاوه، در مناطق میانگیر با حریم 30 متری متغیرهای SAR, K, Na, Cl, pH, EC, TDS, Mg, Ca, HCO3 دارای بیشترین ضریب همبستگی با کاربری سرزمین اطراف خود بودند و SO4 در 60 متری از چنین شرایطی برخوردار بود.

واکاوی معیارهای خرید و انتقال آب از رودخانه فرامرزی مرغاب بین دو کشور افغانستان و ترکمنستان به ایران
در بین انواع طرحهای انتقال آب بین حوضهای، انتقال آب از رودخانههای فرامرزی مشترک بین کشورها به دلیل ورود به یک فضای اقتدارگریز، دارای پیچیدگیهای بیشتری میباشد. با توجه به زمزمه اجرای چنین طرحهایی به عنوان یکی از گزینههای روی میز برای کاهش آسیبپذیری به کاهش منابع آب در کشور، اهمیت واکاوی معیارهای تصمیمگیری برای اینگونه طرحها دوچندان میشود. در این راستا تحقیق پیشرو با در نظر گرفتن طرح انتقال آب از رودخانه فرامرزی مرغاب مشترک بین دو کشور افغانستان و ترکمنستان برای انتقال به ایران، با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و مطالعه اسناد و مدارک و تجربیات موجود به واکاوی طرح مزبور از ابعاد مختلف میپردازد. لذا معیارهای حقوقی و عملیاتی خرید آب شامل آب قابل مذاکره1 و نحوه محاسبه آن، معیار تداخل معاهدات، مدت زمان خرید و فروش آب، نفر سوم2، ریسکهای محیطی، جبران خسارات خرید و فروش آب و ملاحظات اجرایی انتقال آب شامل ساخت و ساز در کشور مبدا، تعهدات زیست محیطی انتقال آب و قراردادهای اجرایی انتقال آب در طرح مزبور مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. در پایان، نقشه راه معیارهای مورد نیاز برای انجام مطالعات خرید و انتقال آب از رودخانه فرامرزی مرغاب به ایران ترسیم گشته و از سه منظر و سناریو همکاری، شامل سناریو همکاری ایران با افغانستان، سناریو همکاری ایران با ترکمنستان و سناریو همکاری ایران با هر دو کشور افغانستان و ترکمنستان بلحاظ مزایا و معایب هریک مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است. بدین ترتیب ابعاد اصلی طرح خرید و انتقال آب از خارج از کشور با واکاوی معیارهای مربوطه برای کمک به فرآیند تصمیمگیری برای افراد ذیمدخل روشنتر میشود.

بسیاری از سازه های هیدرولیکی با استفاده از شدت بارشهای طراحی با دورهی بازگشت و زمان تداوم مشخص طراحی میشوند، لذا منحنیهای شدت- مدت- فراوانی (IDF) نقش اساسی در طراحی ابعاد و اجزای این سیستمها دارند. این منحنی ها با استفاده از داده های مربوط به رگبارهای تاریخی ثبت شده در ایستگاه های هواشناسی استخراج می شوند. از طرف دیگر با توجه به پدیدهی تغییر اقلیم که پیامد رشد روزافزون فعالیتهای انسانی است، الگوهای بارش در مناطق مختلف جهان تغییر کرده و لذا نیاز به اصلاح منحنیهای شدت- مدت– فراوانی در شرایط جدید و پیش یابی برای آینده می باشد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از تئوری فرکتال که مبتنی بر نوعی نظم در بی نظمی است، اقدام به بررسی تغییرات منحنی های شدت- مدت- فراوانی در ایستگاه سینوپتیک اصفهان شد. منحنیهای در سه دوره زمانی بهصورت دوره تاریخی (1967-1993)، دوره اخیر (1994-2016) و دوره آینده تحت شرایط تغییر اقلیم (2017-2035) استخراج و تغییرات آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای شرایط آینده از خروجی وزن دهی شده 15 مدل AOGCMتحت سناریو انتشار A2 مربوط در چهارمین گزارش ارزیابی IPCC استفاده شده است. در دوره اخیر و دوره پیشبینی به دلیل تشدید پدیدهی تغییر اقلیم، هر چند میانگین بارش ها کاهش یافته ولی شدت بارشهای با تداوم کوتاه افزایش یافته و منحنیهای IDF به سمت بالا جابجا گردیدند. این میزان افزایش به بیش از حدود 52 درصد نسبت به داده های تاریخی هم می رسد.

ارزیابی کارآیی مدل SRM و HBV در شبیه سازی رواناب ناشی از ذوب برف در حوزه آبخیز بوجین
پیشبینی ذوب برف در حوزههای کوهستانی نقش مهمی در مدیریت منابع آبی ایفا میکند. لذا هیدرولوژی برف در این مناطق از اهمیت زیادی برخورداراست. در این پژوهش به دلیل نبود داده برف در حوزه بوجین از مدل SRM و HBV برای شبیهسازی ذوب برف استفاده گردید. ابتدا دادههای دبی، بارش در دوره آماری 1387 تا 1389 تهیه و صحت سنجی گردید. بهمنظور پایش زمانی و مکانی سطح پوشش برف در مدل SRM، از دادههای سنجندهMODIS در فواصل زمانی یکروزه استفاده شد. برای اجرای مدلها خصوصیات فیزیکی حوزه به کمک نرمافزار ArcGIS به دست آمد. با اجرای مدلهای SRM و HBV شبیهسازی ذوب برف انجام شد. مقادیر پارامترهای مدلها در مرحله واسنجی تدقیق و به کمک مقادیراصلاحشده در مرحله واسنجی، در سال دوم مرحله اعتبارسنجی انجام شد. میزان ضریب تبیین (R2) بهدستآمده برای مدلهای SRM و HBV در مرحله واسنجی به ترتیب برابر 71/0 و 61/0 و مقدار 72/0 و 69/0 برای مرحله اعتبار سنجی به دست آمد. این نتایج به همراه سایر معیارهای ارزیابی همانند نش – ساتکلیف(ضریب 71/0 برای مدل SRM و 61/0 برای مدل HBV در مرحله اعتبار سنجی)، دقت خوب مدلها در شبیهسازی رواناب را نشان داد. همچنین مدل SRM به دلیل استفاده از تصاویر ماهوارهای، نسبت به مدل HBV عملکرد قابلقبولتری در شبیهسازی رواناب حاصل از ذوب برف از خود نشان داد.

نقش قدرت در دیپلماسی آب
آب بهعنوان یک منبع طبیعی مشترک بین ذیمدخلان مختلف (محلی، منطقهای، ملی و بین المللی)، عنصری حیاتی برای بشر است که مرزهای سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی را به رسمیت نمیشناسد. ارتباط مستقیم بین امنیت آبی، امنیت انسانی و امنیت ملیِ دولتها از یک سو و وجود حوضههای آبریز و آبخوانهای مشترکِ بینالمللیِ متعدد در دنیا از سوی دیگر، سبب شده است که سامانههای آبی به نحو اجتنابناپذیری به یک مقوله سیاسی و امنیتی در دنیا تبدیل شوند و پیوند درهمتنیدة «آب، سیاست و امنیت» را ایجاد کنند. هدف از این مقاله، بررسی پیوند درهمتنیدة آب و سیاست با تمرکز بر مسأله قدرت است. از آنجا که قدرت یکی از مهمترین عناصر تعیین و اجرای سیاستها است و ارزشها و هنجارها بهعنوان پیشرانههای اجتماعی در شکلگیری قدرت سهیم هستند، لذا تعریف قدرت در دورههای زمانی و در شرایط مکانی مختلف، متفاوت خواهد بود. براین اساس، آشنایی و شناخت ماهیت و ابعاد مختلف قدرت و هژمونی (به مثابۀ یکی از مشتقات آن) بسیار حائز اهمیت است. قدرت همچنین در مناسباتِ آبی، بهعنوان سامانههای درهمتنیدة طبیعی- انسانی، نقش بسیار مهمی ایفا میکند. طبق نظر وارنر، کشورهای بالادست، عموماً از آب برای به دست آوردن قدرت بیشتر استفاده میکنند درحالیکه کشورهای پاییندست عموماً قدرت را برای به دست آوردن آب بیشتر بکار میبرند. با توجه به نقش و اثر جدی قدرت در هیدروپلیتیک به طور عام و دیپلماسی آب به طور خاص، این مقاله به بررسی و واکاوی ماهیت و نقش قدرت و هژموندر روابط کشورهای حوضه آبریز مشترک بینالمللی میپردازد.

عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش طرح مدیریت آب در راستای احیای دریاچه ارومیه توسط کشاورزان شهرستان نقده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش طرح مدیریت آب در راستای احیای دریاچه ارومیه توسط کشاورزان شهرستان نقده انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 670 کشاورز ساکن در 9 روستای شهرستان نقده بودند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران و روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب، 152 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بود که روایی آن توسط متخصصان تأیید گردید و پایایی آن از طریق انجام یک مطالعه راهنما و محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد بین نگرش نسبت به احیای دریاچه ارومیه و طرح مدیریت آب، امکانات برای پذیرش طرح، دانش در زمینه احیای دریاچه و طرح مدیریت آب، هنجار ذهنی، احساس مسؤولیت، میزان زمین و سطح تحصیلات با پذیرش طرح مدیریت آب توسط کشاورزان رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد. یافتههای تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک نیز نشان داد که متغیرهای دانش در زمینه احیای دریاچه، امکانات برای پذیرش طرح، نگرش نسبت به احیای دریاچه و نگرش نسبت به طرح مدیریت آب به عنوان مهمترین عوامل متمایزکننده دو گروه کشاورزان پذیرنده و نپذیرنده طرح مدیریت آب میباشند. این متغیرها با تبیین حدود 88 درصد از واریانس متغیر پذیرش طرح مدیریت آب، در مجموع توانستند 1/92 درصد از کل پاسخگویان را به درستی در دو گروه پذیرنده و نپذیرنده طرح مدیریت آب تفکیک نمایند. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، پیشنهادهایی در رابطه با طراحی و اجرای برنامههای آموزشی و ترویجی به منظور افزایش پذیرش طرح مدیریت آب در راستای احیای دریاچه ارومیه توسط کشاورزان ارائه گردید.

بررسی تاثیرعوامل انسانی و اقلیمی بر تغییرات تراز و کیفیت آب زیرزمینی در مناطق نیمه خشک
مدیریت منابع آب زیرزمینی، نیازمند شناخت عملکرد آن و پیش بینی تاثیر عوامل مختلف اقلیمی و انسانی می باشد. در این تحقیق، به منظور شناخت و شبیه سازی ویژگی های آبخوان دشت مهاباد از مدل GMS10.05 استفاده شد. پس از واسنجی و صحت سنجی مدل، عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تراز آب زیرزمینی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و به این منظور مدل با حذف کلیه عوامل انسانی تاثیرگذار اجرا شد که در این شرایط مدل، تراز آب زیرزمینی را به طور متوسط به اندازه 3 متر بالاتر از مقدار کنونی پیش بینی کرد. بررسی تاثیر احداث سد به عنوان یک عامل انسانی تاثیرگذار نشان داد به طور متوسط در این شرایط تراز آب زیرزمینی به اندازه 11/1 متر پایین تر از حالت اول خواهد بود. به منظور بررسی تاثیر عوامل مذکور بر کیفیت آب زیرزمینی از مدل برنامه ریزی بیان ژن استفاده شد. به این منظور پارامتر شوری آب زیرزمینی به عنوان تابعی از تراز آب زیرزمینی پیش بینی شد. نتایج بررسی نشان داد تاثیر عوامل انسانی بر کیفیت و کمیت آن غالب بوده و موجب تغییر کلاس آب آبیاری شده است. نتایج تحقیق در اعمال سیاست های مدیریت تطبیقی در آینده قابل استفاده خواهد بود.

با توجه به اهمیت کاهش سطح آبهای زیرزمینی در مناطق با اقلیم خشک، ارائه روشهای مناسب جهت تعیین مناطق مناسب برای تغذیه آبهای زیرزمینی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. از این رو، هدف این تحقیق، استفاده از عملگر تصمیمگیری چندشاخصه میانگین وزن دار مرتب (OWA) و روش فازی سازی لایهها برای تولید نقشههای نواحی مناسب جهت تغذیه آب زیرزمینی برای محدوده سلفچگان واقع در استان قم بود. در این راستا از لایه های اطلاعاتی شامل اطلاعات چاهها، نقشهها و گزارشهای خاکشناسی، مدل رقومی ارتفاعی و تصویر سنجنده لندست 8OLI استفاده گردید. نقشههای تناسب با استفاده از OWA با بهره گیری از رویکردهای وزندهی ترتیبی مختلف دارای ریسکپذیری متفاوت (چهار رویکرد) به منظور اعمال وزندهی به دست آمد. در نهایت با اعمال فیلتر کاربری زمین و همچنین شروط نزدیکی به آبراههها و خطوارهها، نقاطی به عنوان نقاط منتخب به منظور تغذیه آبهای زیرزمینی تعیین شد. رویکردهایی دارای ریسکپذیری کمتر (رویکردهای اول و سوم)، هیچ نقطه ای را به عنوان نقاط مناسب به منظور تغذیهآبهای زیرزمینی ارائه نکردند؛ اما رویکرد دوم و چهارم به ترتیب 11 و 25 محدوده ارائه نمودند. به منظور بررسی همبستگی لایههای اطلاعاتی و نتایج از تحلیل مولفههای اصلی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که لایههای شیب و نفوذ دارای همبستگی بالای مثبت (بیش از 75%) و لایه هدایت الکتریکی دارای همبستگی منفی در مولفه اول (بیش از 50%) بوده است.

تاثیر خشکسالی بر کمیت و کیفیت آب رودخانه دز
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی و تحلیل اثرات خشکسالی از طریق محاسبه شاخص SPI برکمیت و کیفیت آب رودخانه دز انجام شد. برای تعیین خشکسالی، آمار هواشناسی 10 ساله (1393-1384) از ایستگاههای هواشناسی حسینیه، دزفول و شوش و برای ارزیابی تاثیر خشکسالی بر کمیت و کیفیت آب رودخانه، آمار دبی و پارامترهای کیفی آب رودخانه دز مربوط به 7 ایستگاه هیدرومتری در طول مسیر، از سازمان آب و برق خوزستان اخذ گردید. فراوانی میانگین آنیونهای محلول در ایستگاههای هیدرومتری رودخانه دز به صورت HCO3>SO4>C ومقادیر کاتیون-های اصلی محلول در آب نیز بهصورت Ca>Na>Mg بدست آمد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس پارامترهای کیفی آب نشان داد اثر ایستگاه و سال بر میزان دبی، هدایت الکتریکی (EC)، مواد محلول آب (TDS)، سدیم قابل تبادل آب (SARIW)، pH، غلظت کلر (Cl)، بیکربنات (HCO3)، کلسیم (Ca)، منیزیم (Mg)، سدیم (Na) و سولفات (SO4)، اختلاف معنیداری در سطح اطمینان % 99 دارد. بررسی روند تغییرات شوری آب دز نشان داد در ایستگاههای سپید دشت سزار، سپید دشت زاز و تنگ پنج سزار روند تغییرات شوری معنی دار نیست این درحالی است که در ایستگاههای پایین دست رودخانه روند تغییرات شوری معنیدار و مثبت است. شدیدترین خشکسالی در ایستگاه حسینیه و دزفول در سال 1387 و در ایستگاه شوش در سال 1390 رخ داد. در سالهای خشکسالی میزان شوری آب رودخانه دز به طور متوسط % 24/15 افزایش داشت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد پدیده خشکسالی پارامتری است که در کنار مسایل انتقال آب، تغییر کاربری اراضی و مدیریت صحیح عوامل آلاینده، بر کیفیت آب موثر است.

ارزیابی پارامترهای کیفیت آب سطحی با استفاده از تکنیکهای آماری چند متغیره (مطالعه موردی: حوضه آبخیز رودخانه ارس)
در این پژوهش، تغییرات زمانی و مکانی پارامترهای کیفیت آب حوضه آبخیز رودخانه ارس طی دوره آماری 1378-1390 در سه ایستگاه خداآفرین، خزانگاه و جلفا با استفاده از تکنیکهای آماری چند متغیره تحلیل عاملی و تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی بررسی شد. در مؤلفه اول که بیشترین درصد تبیین واریانس جامعه بوده است، پارامترهای Mg2+، Ca2+، HCO-3، EC و TDS بیشترین همبستگی را با این مؤلفه دارند. اعضای این مؤلفه بیشتر نشان دهنده یونها و مواد معلق در محل ایستگاه خدا آفرین میباشد. در میان پارامترهای موجود در مؤلفه اول، EC دارای بیشترین بار عاملی (92/0) است و بعنوان پارامتر اصلی این مؤلفه شناخته شده است. در ایستگاه خزانگاه، سه مؤلفه اول دارای بیشترین مقادیر ویژه هستند. این مؤلفهها به ترتیب 6/53، 5/17 و 9/12 درصد از واریانس جامعه را تبیین میکنند که در مجموع 84 درصد از واریانس جامعه توسط آنها توصیف شده است. در مؤلفه اول که بیشترین درصد تبیین واریانس جامعه بوده است، پارامترهای Mg2+، Ca2+، SO42-، Cl-، HCO-3، EC و TDS بیشترین همبستگی را با این مؤلفه دارند. اعضای این مؤلفه بیشتر نشان دهنده یونها و مواد معلق در محل ایستگاه خزانگاه میباشد. در ایستگاه جلفا، چهار مؤلفه اول دارای بیشترین مقادیر ویژه هستند. این مؤلفهها به ترتیب 7/50، 8/15، 2/13 و 8/5 درصد از واریانس جامعه را تبیین مینمایند که در مجموع 2/88 درصد از واریانس جامعه توسط چهار مؤلفه اول توصیف شده است.

تنظیم منحنی فرمان سدها با استفاده از مفهوم جریان زیستمحیطی (مطالعه موردی: رودخانههای منتخب منتهی به دریاچهی ارومیه)
دریاچه ارومیه واقع در شمالغرب ایران به دلیل عوامل طبیعی و انسانی با بحران جدی مواجه شده است. تنظیم منحنی فرمان سدها و باز توزیع بهینه آنها برای حفظ سلامتی اکوسیستم دریاچه ضروری است. در یک روش ساده هیدرولوژیکی رژیم جریان بهینه سدها با استفاده از حجم جریان حوضه آبریز پاییندست میتواند تخمین زده شود. بر این اساس در تحقیق حاضر منحنی فرمان سدهای مخزنی شهیدکاظمی، شهرچای، زولا، دیریک، عجبشیر، ونیار و علویان در حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه تحت سه سیاست متفاوت بهرهبرداری (30%، 50% و 80% از میانگین جریان سالانه به عنوان حجم آب قابل رهاسازی) محاسبه شده است. سپس با استفاده از دادهی اندازهگیری شده، مقدار ماهانه مؤلفهی QResidual (تلفات و آوردها در پاییندست) محاسبه شد. در گام بعدی مؤلفهی QAAD (حجم آب در دسترس سالانه در آخرین ایستگاه آبسنجی) برای سه سناریو بهرهبرداری از سد محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد با بکار بردن 80% از میانگین جریان سالانه (سناریو 3)، تمامی رودخانهها مقدار مثبتی برای QAADخواهند داشت؛ بنابراین سناریو 3 بهعنوان سناریو مؤثر بر احیای دریاچه انتخاب شد. درنهایت مقدار ماهانه QCAH(نزدیکترین هیدروگراف به هیدروگراف طبیعی رودخانه) در آخرین ایستگاه آبسنجی و QRW (حجم آب مورد نیاز ماهانه برای خروج از سد) محاسبه شد.

شبیه سازی شاخص های RDI و SPEI در ایستگاه های فاقد آمار کافی
محاسبه شاخصهای قویتر جهت پایش خشکسالی مستلزم در اختیار داشتن دادههای گسترده هواشناسی است که ممکن است در برخی از مناطق ثبت نشده باشد. در این تحقیق از شاخص SPI که در محاسبه آن فقط به داده های بارندگی نیاز است جهت شبیه سازی شاخص های قویتر RDI و SPEI استفاده گردید. جهت شبیه سازی از معادلات برآوردگر تعمیم یافته (GEE) استفاده شد. اعتبارسنجی مدل های برازش داده شده جهت شبیه سازی توسط معیارهای مختلف نیکویی برازش (NSE، RMSE، MAE، R2 و مقایسه با خط یک به یک) انجام شد. به طور کلی طبق نتایج مدل مربوط به شاخص SPEI نسبت به مدل شاخص RDI شبیه سازی بهتری انجام داد. اعتبارسنجی نشان دهنده تفاوت غیر معنی دار داده های شبیه سازی شده با داده های مشاهده شده در سطح 5% در این ایستگاهها بود. ضمناً نتایج بیانگر جواب بهتر مدل های کلی برازش داده شده در این تحقیق در منطقه خشک استان می باشد.
