استفاده از روش ورشکستگی در کاهش منازعات منابع آب زیرزمینی و طرح تعادلبخشی آبخوان (مطالعه موردی: آبخوان حاجیآباد)
در دهههای اخیر، افزایش نیازهای آبی در ایران منجر به برداشت بیش از حد آب، به ویژه آب زیرزمینی شدهاست لذا مدیریت آب زیرزمینی و برداشتها باید طوری باشد که علاوه بر رفع نیاز مصرفکنندگان و رسیدن به نفع عادلانه، پایداری آبخوان و نیاز آیندگان نیز مور توجه قرار گیرد. این تحقیق با هدف مدیریت و کاهش برداشت از آبخوان حاجیآباد واقع در استان هرمزگان انجام شدهاست. ابتدا مدل جریان آب زیرزمینی به وسیله نرمافزار MODFLOW شبیهسازی و صحتسنجی شده سپس با استفاده از روش همکارانه (روش ورشکستگی)، مقادیر جدید برداشت آبخوان محاسبه گردید و این مقادیر به مدل شبیهسازی وارد و نتایج آن با وضع موجود مقایسه گردید. در این پژوهش از 5 روش ورشکستگی نسبی(P)، ورشکستگی مقید به سود یکسان(CEA)، ورشکستگی مقید به ضرر یکسان(CEL)، تالمود (Talmud) و پینایل (Piniles) به منظور مدیریت برداشت چاههای بهرهبرداری استفاده شدهاست. مقادیر برداشت سالانه چاههای بهرهبرداری از آبخوان به عنوان تقاضای ذینفعان و مقدار تغذیه آب زیرزمینی محاسبهشده توسط مدل شبیهسازی در هر پلیگون به عنوان مقدار آب موجود است. در این 5 روش مقادیر سطح آب زیرزمینی آبخوان افزایش و وضعیت کلی آبخوان بهبود نسبتا خوبی داشتهاست. در نهایت شاخص پایداری ورشکستگی (BASI) برای 5 روش محاسبه و مقایسه گردید.

تحلیل راهبردی برای بهبود کارکرد و اقتدارشورایعالی آب با استفاده از روش SWOT
شورایعالی آب با هدف ایجاد بسترهای نهادی و سازمانی لازم جهت هماهنگی سیاستهای تأمین، توزیع و مصرف آب در سال 1379 وفق ماده 10 قانون تشکیل وزارت جهاد کشاورزی ایجاد شده است. هدف از این مقاله ارائه نتایج و دستاوردهای حاصل از بررسیهای انجامشده در زمینه شناسایی، بررسی و تحلیل نقاط قوّت وضعف و فرصتها و تهدیدهای فراروی شورا و در نهایت شناخت و ارائه راهبردها و راهکارهای اجرایی برای ارتقای اقتدار و اثربخشی بیشتر شورایعالی آب کشور میباشد. روششناسی بکار رفته در این پژوهش بر مبنای تشکیل کارگروه کارشناسی و برگزاری جلسات برای دریافت ایده ها و نظرات و در نهایت استفاده ترکیبی از فنSWOT)به مقادیر امتیازهای موزون محاسبه شده برای عوامل درونی و بیرونی (به ترتیب برابر 2/342 و62/ 2) نقطه تلاقی این دو مقدار در نمودار SWOT در منطقه WO قرار گرفته که نشان داد راهبرد محوری انتخابی برای ارتقای اقتدار شورایعالی آب، بایستی راهبرد محافظهکارانه باشد. برای اثربخشی و اقتدار بیشتر شورا همچنین چشم انداز و ماموریت جدیدی برای شورایعالی آب تعریف و پیشنهاد گردید. همچنین پنج راهبرد اصلی برای بهبود عملکرد شورایعالی آب و نیز 21 برنامه اقدام برای بهبود عملکرد و اقتدار شورایعالی آب شناسایی و اولویت بندی شدند. نتیجهگیری گردی

مقایسه عوامل روانشناختی موثر بر رفتارهای صرفهجویی و رفتارهای افزایش بهرهوری آب خانگی؛ مورد مطالعه شهر تهران
تأمین امنیت آب در مواجهه با رشد جمعیت و کمبود منابع، سیاستگذاران را با چالش بزرگی در مناطق شهری مواجه کرده و آنها را بهسمت رهیافتهای مدیریت تقاضای آب سوق داده است. حفاظت از آب بهعنوان عاملی اساسی در مدیریت تقاضا، راهکاری مؤثر در تأمین پایدار آب شهری است که دو دسته رفتارهای صرفهجویی و افزایش بهرهوری را شامل میشود. با توجه به انجام داوطلبانه این رفتارها توسط افراد، درک فرآیندهای روانشناختی تبیینکننده این رفتارها جنبه مهمی در طراحی سیاستها و مداخلات کارآمد در این حوزه است. لذا هدف این تحقیق، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل و رفتارهای حفاظت از آب ساکنان شهر تهران بهکمک تئوری رفتار برنامهریزیشده بود. دادههای تحقیق، بهکمک پرسشنامه ساختاریافتهای که روایی آن بهکمک نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت، از شهروندان تهرانی به دو روش آنلاین و آفلاین (820=N) جمعآوری شد. همچنین برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. براساس نتایج، تئوری رفتار برنامهریزیشده قادر است بهترتیب 83% و 40% از واریانس تمایلات و رفتارهای صرفهجویی و بهترتیب 57% و 37% از واریانس تمایلات و رفتارهای افزایش بهرهوری را تبیین نماید. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، نگرش و کنترل رفتاری درکشده بر تمایل به انجام هر دو رفتار تأثیرگذار است؛ اما هنجار ذهنی، تأثیری بر تمایل به انجام این رفتارها ندارد. بهعلاوه، نتایج حاکی از تأثیرگذاری تمایل و کنترل رفتاری درکشده بر انجام هر دو رفتار است. درنهایت براساس نتایج، دلالتهایی برای ارتقای حفاظت از آب خانگی و پیشنهاداتی برای تحقیقات آینده، ارائه شده است.

توسعه شاخص خشکسالی اقتصادی- اجتماعی در جامعه کشاورزان (مطالعه موردی: حوضه زایندهرود)
یکی از ابعاد معیشت پایدار بخصوص در جوامع روستایی توجه به اقتصاد کشاورزی و میزان درآمد ناشی از تولیدات کشاورزی میباشد. در تحقیق حاضر به منظور ارزیابی اثرات خشکسالی بر جوامع کشاورزی و روستایی، شاخص خشکسالی اقتصادی- اجتماعی روستایی معرفی گردیده است. این شاخص برای درنظر گرفتن شرایط اقتصادی و اجتماعی جوامع در مواجهه با خشکسالی از درآمد حاصل از سطوح زیر کشت، هزینه خانوار و توانایی مالی مقابله با تبعات خشکسالی استفاده مینماید. با توجه به اهمیت حوضهی زایندهرود به عنوان یکی از حوضههای پر تنش، مناطق این حوضه در دو استان اصفهان و چهارمحال و بختیاری به عنوان محدودهی مورد مطالعه انتخاب گردیدهاند. دورهی مطالعاتی شامل 29 سال از سال آبی 69-1368 تا 96-1395 است. طبقهبندی شاخص خشکسالی اقتصادی – اجتماعی با الگوریتم شکست طبیعی جنکز انجام و منطقه بر اساس انعطاف پذیری و توانایی مقابله با عوارض خشکسالی از منظر تأثیر بر درآمد خانوار به زونهای بحران کم تا شدید تقسیم شد. نتایج نشان میدهد مناطق فلاورجان، خمینی شهر، اصفهان و نجف آباد به ترتیب 18، 15، 12 و 8 سال در بحرانیترین شرایط در بین مناطق نهگانه حوضهی زایندهرود قرار داشتهاند. حداکثر شدت خشکسالی اقتصادی- اجتماعی روستایی در مناطق خمینی شهر و فلاورجان به ترتیب با 77/6 و 37/6 واحد بدست آمد. نتایج کاربرد این شاخص تطابق خوبی با یافتههای میدانی داشت و آن را شاخص مناسبی برای ارزیابی خشکسالی اقتصادی- اجتماعی معرفی مینماید.

مدلسازی هیدرواقتصادی تأثیر کاهش بارش بر الگوی کشت و سود کشاورزان در حوضه آبریز طشک- بختگان
کمبود آب یکی از مهمترین و تأثیرگذارترین عوامل در الگوی کشت و سود کشاورزان است. این تحقیق برای ارزیابی اثرات کاهش بارش بر الگوی کشت و سود کشاورزان در حوضه آبریز طشک- بختگان انجام شد. برای این منظور، از یک مدل تلفیقی که شامل دو بخش هیدرولوژیکی و اقتصادی است، استفاده گردید. در بخش هیدرولوژیکی، مدل برنامهریزی و ارزیابی منابع آب (WEAP) و در بخش اقتصادی، مدل برنامهریزی مثبت ریاضی (PMP) استفاده شدند. در این تحقیق اثرات کاهش بارش در دو سناریوی کاهش 20 و 40 درصدی، بر بخش کشاورزی از طریق تعیین میزان آب تحویلی به این بخش تعیین شد و سپس عکسالعمل کشاورزان از طریق الگوی کشت و سود آنها بررسی گردید. این مدلسازی بهصورت منطقهای در 5 ناحیه مجزا از حوضه طشک– بختگان و نسبت به سال پایه (2007-2006) انجام شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد با اجرای سناریوی 20 درصد کاهش بارش، سطح زیر کشت و سود کشاورزان به ترتیب 33 و 29 درصد کاهش یافتند و با سناریوی 40 درصد کاهش بارش، میزان کاهش سطح زیرکشت و سود کشاورزان به ترتیب 36 و 32 درصد بود. در بین محصولات مختلف، بیشترین تغییرات سطح زیرکشت مربوط به یونجه بود و سطح زیرکشت محصول برنج به دلیل سود بالای آن تغییری نکرد.

ارزیابی شاخصهای پایداری منابع در همبست آب-غذا-انرژی به کمک تدوین و تحلیل سناریوهای مدیریتی باتوجه به مفهوم آب مجازی؛ مطالعه موردی: زیرحوضه لنجانات
مدیریت منابع آب، نیازمند درک درستی از مدیریت همزمان منابع غذا و نیز مدیریت منابع انرژی بهخصوص در بخش کشاورزی است. چارچوب همبست آب-غذا-انرژی با رویکرد پایداری منابع و مصارف، به تحلیل مدیریت و بهرهبرداری ترکیبی از منابع آب، غذا و انرژی به کمک سناریو نگاری میپردازد. همچنین علاوه بر مفاهیم پایداری، هزینههای زیستمحیطی همچون انتشار کربندی اکسید از سوخت فسیلی و تاثیر آن بر محیط زیست نیز مطرح میشود. در این تحقیق، باتوجه به شش شاخص تعریفشده و برمبنای پتانسیل استفاده از انرژی خورشیدی و امکان بهرهبرداری از منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیری همچون انرژی خورشیدی، سناریوهای مدیریتی مختلف توسعه داده شدهاست. پس از بررسی مدل مدیریتی WEAP توسعهیافته در حوضه لنجانات به عنوان مطالعه موردی، توسعه مدل بارش-رواناب و کالیبراسیون آن، هشت سناریوی مختلف اعم از: 1- سناریوی پایه (ادامه روند موجود) 2- سناریوی اول (تغییر سطح زیر کشت) 3- سناریوی دوم (افزایش راندمان آبیاری) 4- سناریوی سوم (استفاده از پنل خورشیدی) و سه سناریوی ترکیبی از این سناریوها و نیز سناریوی افزایش راندمان پمپها به همراه سناریوی سوم در مدل مذکور توسعه یافت و براساس معیارهای پایداری بررسی وارزیابی شدند. براساس نتایج تحقیق، به دلیل استفاده تلفیقی از منابع آب سطحی و زیرزمینی، ترکیب سناریوهای دوم و سوم به عنوان سناریوی برتر انتخاب و پیشنهاد شدهاست. همچنین سناریوی ادامه روند موجود به عنوان آخرین سناریوها رتبهبندی شدهاست که حاکی از بدترشدن شرایط موجود در صورت ادامه روند فعلی است. با توجه به نتیجه رتبهبندی سناریو ها استفاده از ترکیب سناریوهای سوم و چهارم از دیگر سناریوهای برتر انتخابشده است.

ارزیابی کارایی روشهای پس پردازش و اصلاح اریبی بر پیشبینیهای ماهانه بارش و دما در حوضه کارون
پیشبینی مناسب بارش و دما با افق یکماهه میتواند فرصتی استثنایی برای برنامهریزی منابع آب و مقابله با سیل و خشکسالی در اختیار مدیران قرار دهد. اعمال روشهای پسپردازش و اصلاح اریبی مناسب میتواند کارایی پیشبینیهای عددی هواشناسی را تا حد قابل قبولی ارتقا بخشد. در این تحقیق ضمن ارزیابی پیشبینیهای خام بارش و دمایS2S مرکز ECMWF در یکی از حوضههای آبریز مهم کشور، روشهای متنوعی برای پسپردازش و اصلاح اریبی این پیشبینیها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و نتایج با معیارهای ارزیابی مختلف مقایسه گردید. تکنیکهای نگاشت چندک(QM)، میانگینگیری مدل بیزین(BMA)، رگرسیون بردار پشتیبان(SVR)، رابطه تجربی اصلاح اریبی دما و روشهای ترکیبی بر روی پیشبینیها اعمال شد که از بین آنها روش BMA هم در بهبود پیشبینیهای دما و هم بارش اندکی مؤثرتر از سایر روشها عمل نمود. در حالت خام، پیشبینیهای بارش و دما تنها در 2 یا 3 ماه سال قابل استفاده ارزیابی شدند ولی اعمال روشهای پسپردازش توانست دقت پیشبینیهای بارش را در نیمی از ماهها، بهویژه ماههای پرباران تا حد قابل قبولی ارتقا دهد و اعمال روش ترکیبی معادله تجربی-میانگین مدل بیزین در 10 ماه از سال با پیشبینیهایی بهتر از تخمین دمای ماه آتی با استفاده از آمار بلندمدت همراه بود.

مدل سازی فرونشست دشت ایذه با استفاده از کد ریاضی MODFLOW
فرونشست ساختار دشتها، میتواند مستقیما بر اثر افت سطح آب زیرزمینی و تخریب بافت آبرفتی آبخوان صورت پذیرد. در این مطالعه در دشت ایذه مدل ریاضی MODFLOW، با استخراج نقشه رستری فرونشست آبخوان اشباع در دوره ده ساله از 2008 تا 2019 و دوره پیش بینی سه سناریو اقلیمی بین سالهای 2019 تا 2029 انجام شد. مدل فرونشست با توسعه پکیج SUB در ساختار کد عددی تفاضل محدود MODFLOW صورت پذیرفت. مدل کمی جریان آب زیرزمینی با استفاده از کد خودکار PEST واسنجی و تحلیل حساسیت شد. نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از آن است که مدل ریاضی استفاده شده جهت شبیهسازی آبخوان ایذه دارای خطای نسبی NRMSE مطلوب میباشد که موید مدل سازی ایده آل پس از بررسی فرآیند صحت سنجی است. بررسی تغییرات عمودی ساختار زمین نشان داد که در بلند مدت 20 ساله با فرضیات اقلیمی مطرح شده سطح آبخوان مجموعا حداکثر تا 5/1 متر و حداقل 9/0 متر فرونشست رخ میدهد. در صورت تخریب ساختار آبرفتی آبخوان این مقدار ممکن است کمتر از این ارقام بوده اما در مقابل برابر با شرایط بدون بازگشت تعذیه سفره آب زیرمینی باشد.

توسعه یک مدل عاملبنیان هیدرولوژیکی- اقتصادی برای شبیهسازی بازارآب منطقه مجن
این تحقیق به بررسی چگونگی تخصیص و مبادله آب بین کشاورزان منطقه مجن میپردازد و در ادامه، با استفاده از نتایج تحقیقات میدانی و مصاحبه با تعداد قابلتوجهی از کشاورزان منطقه و همچنین تهیه و توزیع پرسشنامه بین آنها، مدلی عاملبنیان برای بازارآب منطقه مذکور پیشنهاد میگردد. باوجود آنکه بازارهایی مانند بازار منطقه مجن، فاصله زیادی از بازارهای مدرن کشورهای پیشرفته دارد، نتایج مدل نشان میدهد که با تلاش در جهت ترفیع مشکلات و فراهم آوردن محیطی مناسب برای مبادله آب، میتوان تا حدود مطلوبی از این نوع بازارهای آب بهره برد. با برقراری بیشتر تعاملات مناسب بین کشاورزان و همکاری شرکت آبیاری مجن، بازارآب میتواند شامل نتایج سودبخشی باشد. بهنحویکه با افزایش این تعاملات بین کشاورزان، میانگین تعداد کشاورزان زیرخط فقر میتواند تا %25 کاهش یابد. عملکرد بازار پیرامون جلوگیری از کاهش سطح زیرکشت در سالهای نسبتاً کمباران نیز مورد توجه واقع شده است؛ بهصورتیکه در سالهای 1385 تا 1387، با کاهش چشمگیر بارش، کاهش سطح زیرکشت اندک بوده است.

ارزیابی استراتژیهای مدیریت پایدار آب زیرزمینی برای سازگاری با تغییرات اقلیمی: مقایسه رویکردهای بهره-برداری تلفیقی سیکلی و غیرسیکلی
تغییر اقلیم و اثر آن بر خشکسالیها موجب استفاده بیشازحد از منابع آب زیرزمینی شده و پایداری این منابع را به خطر انداخته است. مطالعات تغییر اقلیم نشان میدهد که در سالهای اخیر، جهتگیری محورهای مطالعاتی این مبحث از صرف "ارزیابی اثرات" به "سازگاری" گرایش قابلتوجهی داشته است. ازاینرو ارائه راهکارهای مناسب جهت افزایش سازگاری سیستمهای بهرهبرداری تلفیقی منابع آب سطحی و زیرزمینی در مقابل اثرات نامطلوب این پدیده حائز اهمیت شده است. در مطالعه حاضر، با در نظر گرفتن سناریوهای تغییر اقلیم، سازگاری سیستمهای بهرهبرداری تلفیقی منابع آب تحت دو رویکرد سیکلی و غیر سیکلی باهدف افزایش پایداری آبهای زیرزمینی ضمن کاهش هزینهها و کمبود آبی مقایسه گشتهاند. در این راستا بهمنظور شبیهسازی تغییرات اقلیم حوضه آبریز ابهر رود، متغیرهای بارش و دما از نتایج سه مدل گردش کلی جو تحت سناریوهای انتشار گازهای گلخانهای RCP2.6 و RCP8.5 در دوره 2031-2021 استخراجشده و ریزمقیاس سازی مکانی دادههای موجود با استفاده از الگوریتم M5 درخت تصمیم صورت پذیرفته است. در گام بعدی برای پیشبینی مقادیر رواناب از مدل ترکیبی Wavelet-M5 جهت مدلسازی بارش-رواناب و همچنین از روش Kharrufa جهت محاسبه میزان تبخیر در فصول آینده استفادهشده است تا این مقادیر در گام بعدی بهعنوان ورودی در اختیار مدلهای بهینهسازی چندهدفه سیکلی و غیر سیکلی قرار داده شوند. نتایج نشان میدهند که اتخاذ رویکرد سیکلی بهجای رویکرد رایج غیر سیکلی بهطور قابلتوجهی سازگاری سیستمهای بهرهبرداری تلفیقی منابع آب را افزایش میدهد. بهگونهای که در رویکرد سیکلی حدود 18 درصد پایداری منابع آب زیرزمینی بیشتر از رویکرد غیر سیکلی تضمین میگردد.

طراحی بهینه شبکه پایش کیفی آب زیرزمینی با استفاده از نقشه آسیبپذیری آبخوان
بهرهبرداری بدون برنامهریزی و بیش از حد مجاز آب زیرزمینی در نواحی ساحلی خطر پیشروی آب شور را افزایش میدهد، بنابراین مدیریت و پایش کیفیت آب در این نواحی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در این مطالعه، شبکه پایش بهینه با حداقل تعداد چاهها در آبخوان ساحلی تالش با توجه به نقشه آسیبپذیری آبخوان و ارزیابی دقت شبکه پایش طراحی شد. در این راستا، نقشه آسیبپذیری آبخوان با استفاده از شاخص DRASTIC اصلاح شده تهیه شد و از الگوریتم ژنتیک برای جستجوی بهینه شبکه پایش استفاده شد. در مدل بهینهسازی همزمان سه هدف حداکثر کردن همبستگی بین شاخص آسیبپذیری و مقدار EC، حداقل کردن تعداد چاههای پایش و حداکثر کردن ضریب نش-ساتکلیف که بیانگر برازش بین توزیع EC محاسبه شده در شبکه پایش موجود و شبکه جدید است، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با اعمال ضریب وزنی w برای هدف اقتصادی، سه هدف در یک تابع هدف تعریف شد و وزنهای مختلف w ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که انتخاب جواب بهینه تا حد زیادی به تعیین ضریب وزنی w بستگی دارد و بهترین وزن با توجه به متعادلترین جواب و با توجه به شاخص آسیبپذیری و دقت شبکه پایش انتخاب شد. نتایج اعتبارسنجی نشان داد که در هر دو دوره بهینهسازی و اعتبارسنجی تخمینهای قابل قبولی حاصل شده است. همچنین با توجه به تغییرات کمی و کیفی آب زیرزمینی در درازمدت بهتر است به صورت دورهای شبکه پایش کیفی آب زیرزمینی ارزیابی و دوباره طراحی شود تا در برنامهریزیها و اعمال روشهایی برای بهبود کیفیت آب زیرزمینی مؤثر باشد.

کاربرد رهیافت تخصیص پارامتر در مدلسازی هیدرولوژیکی حوضه آبخیز با مدل توزیعی-فیزیکی MIKE SHE (مطالعه موردی: حوضه آبخیز زیارت، استان گلستان)
برآورد پارامتر یکی از مراحل اصلی در مدلسازی هیدرولوژیکی است. مقادیر پارامتر میتواند به صورت منطقی یا با واسنجی تعیین شود. در مدلهای توزیعی مبتنی بر فیزیک، میتوان پارامترها را تا حدودی با استفاده از ویژگیهای حوضه آبخیز، دانش هیدرولوژیکی، خصوصیت فیزیکی پارامترها و نحوه عملکرد آنها در مدل مشخص نمود. تعیین پارامتر مبتنی بر منطق و شناخت فرآیند، تخصیص پارامتر نامیده میشود. این مطالعه تلاش کرده است تا این رویکرد را با مدل MIKE SHE انجام دهد و جریان سطحی در حوضه آبخیز زیارت را با این رویکرد، شبیهسازی و نتیجه را با رویکرد واسنجی مقایسه کند. مدل در هر دو رویکرد برای یک دوره مشخص (30/6/1393 – 4/11/1391) و در مرحله اعتبارسنجی برای دوره (30/6/1396- 27/1/1395) اجرا شد. نتایج شبیهسازی بر اساس هر کدام از رویکردها با معیارهای کارایی ناش-ساتکلیف و کلینگ-گوپتا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بر اساس معیارهای مذکور، مدل در رویکرد تخصیص پارامتر دارای کارایی مناسبی بوده و طبق اعتبارسنجی، نتایج منطقیتر و با ثباتتری از خود نشان داده است. همین نتیجهگیری که در رابطه با نتایج بیلان آب حاصل شد بطوریکه مولفه های بیلان آبی در رویکرد تخصیص پارامتر منطقیتر و با ثباتتر می باشند. بر پایه نتایج این تحقیق میتوان از رویکرد تخصیص پارامتر در حوضههای فاقد آمار استفاده کرد. با صرف زمان بیشتر برای شناخت بهتر حوضه و پارامترهای مدل میتوان به نتایج قابلقبولی دست یافته و نیاز به واسنجی به طور قابل ملاحظهای کاهش مییابد، هرچند که در خصوص بعضی پارامترها نمیتوان از واسنجی اجتناب کرد.

تعیین مقیاس زمانی مناسب پیشبینی های کوتاه و میان مدت مدلهای عددی هواشناسی جهانی در بخشهای مختلف ایران
مدلهای پیشبینی بارش نقش اساسی در عملکرد هر چه بهتر سامانههای پیشبینی هواشناسی و سیلاب ایفا میکنند. در مطالعه حاضر، عملکرد پیشبینیهای پنج مدل عددی هواشناسی موجود در پایگاه TIGGE به منظور بررسی دقت پیشبینیها طی گام زمانیهای 1 تا 10 روزه در اقلیمهای مختلف کشور ایران (در محل 38 ایستگاه سینوپتیک) طی بازه زمانی 2014 تا 2018 مورد ارزیابی و اصلاح اریبی قرار گرفتند. بررسی شاخصهای آماری و جدولی حاکی از کاهش دقت پیشبینیها با افزایش گام زمانی میباشد. طبق نتایج بدست آمده عمده مدلهای هواشناسی به ویژه دو مدل ECMWF و UKMO حداکثر تا افق زمانی 3 روزه از همبستگی مناسبی با دادههای زمینی برخوردار بوده و در عین حال نیز دارای خطای کمتری (در تخمین مقدار بارش و پیشبینی روزهای بارانی) میباشند. با اصلاح اریبی دادههای خام پیشبینی عملکرد مدلهای عددی آب و هوا به طور قابل توجهی افزایش یافت، به طوری که در گام زمانی 10 روزه در مدلهای ECMWF، JMA و KMA به ترتیب بیش از 70، 65 و 73 درصد از مقدار شاخص RMSE کاهش یافت. پس از اصلاح دادههای بارش، عملکرد عمده مدلهای عددی به غیر از JMA حتی تا گام زمانی 7 روزه نیز در اکثر اقلیمهای کشور منجربه نتایج قابل قبولی گردید. مدل JMA در اقلیمهای مرطوب که شامل مناطق غربی و شمالی کشور است، به دلیل ساختار مدل آشفتگی موجود در این مدل دارای اریبی زیادی بوده و نتایج غیرقابل اعتمادی ارائه نموده است.

بازاندیشی در مفاهیم و رویکردهای مواجهه با مناقشات آبی
تعریف مناقشه، به سادگی شمردن مصادیق آن نیست و در ادبیات تحقیق، تعریف واحد و جامعی برای مناقشه وجود ندارد. نبود تعریف جامع و مورد اجماع برای مناقشه یکی از چالشهای اصلی و بنیادین در حوزه مطالعات مناقشات بصورت عام و مناقشات آبی بصورت خاص است که امروزه نیز همچنان به قوت خود باقی است. هدف از این مقاله، بازاندیشی در چیستی، ماهیت و مفاهیم اصلی مناقشه با تلاش برای تبیین کارکرد آن در مواجهه با مناقشات آبی است. بر این اساس، این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحلیلی-توصیفی، به واکاوی و بازاندیشی در چیستی و ماهیت مناقشه میپردازد و مفاهیم اصلی مناقشه در ذیل چهار سوال اصلی جمع آوری و ارائه میشوند. علاوه بر این، دو زمینه عمده مورد استفاده در مطالعات مناقشات آبی، یعنی نظریه بازیها و رویکرد مناقشه/همکاری، در مقایسه با مفاهیم نوین دانش مناقشه مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. نتایج مطالعات نشان میدهد که در مطالعات مرتبط با مناقشات آبی به ماهیت،مفاهیم و ویژگیهای اصلی مناقشه توجه نمیشود و رویکردها و دیدگاههای غالب در مواجهه با مناقشات آبی، متناسب با فلسفه سنتی مربوط به اوایل قرن بیستم و ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این حوزه نیز از نظر دوره زمانی، مربوط به دوران جنگ سرد است. در حالیکه این رویکرد و استفاده از ابزارصرفاً تکنیکی،پاسخگوی ابعادپیچیده مناقشات در سیستمهای درهمتنیده آبی نیست.نتایج مطالعات همچنان نشان میدهد که در دوره اخیر، دانش مناقشه به ابزارهای نوین تحلیل/نگاشت مناقشه متوسل شده است، مفهومی که امروزه برای مواجهه با مناقشات آبی ضروری جلوه میکند وکمتر مورد توجه قرار دارد.

ارزیابی کارایی مدل WRF-Hydro در توسعه سامانههای پیشبینی و هشدار سیلاب (مطالعه موردی حوضه آبریز کشکان)
جفت شدن مناسب مدلهای عددی هواشناسی با مدلهای توزیعی هیدرولوژیکی و کاهش عدم قطعیت مربوط به ریزمقیاسنمایی آنها یکی از چالشهای اساسی در پیشبینی دقیق سیلاب است. بنابراین در این تحقیق با هدف پیشبینی سیلاب، امکان جفتشدن مدل عددی هواشناسی WRF با مدل WRF-Hydro، که مدلی هیدرولوژیکی-هیدرولیکی، توزیعی و فیزیکی است، بررسی میشود. بهمنظور واسنجی مدل، حوضه آبریز کشکان بدلیل پتانسیل بالای سیلخیزی بعنوان منطقه مطالعاتی انتخاب شده است. باتوجه به دادههای هیدروگراف سیل مشاهداتی در محدوده مطالعاتی، دو واقعه سیلابی شدید در سه ایستگاه هیدرومتری برای واسنجی مدل WRF-Hydro انتخاب گردید. بر اساس تحلیل حساسیت مدل، پارامترهای کنترل نفوذ، عمق نگهداشت آب سطحی، ضریب زبری سطحی و ضریب زبری کانال بعنوان تاثیرگذارترین پارامترها در شبیهسازی جریان شناسایی شدند. استفاده از این پارامترها در فرآیند واسنجی، قابلیت واسنجی حجم و شکل هیدروگراف سیلاب را برای حصول به نتایج دقیقتر امکانپذیر خواهد ساخت. سپس با استفاده از روش گام به گام، مقادیر بهینه پارامترهای شناساییشده در تحلیل حساسیت برای یکی از وقایع در ایستگاه هیدرومتری پلدختر در خروجی حوضه تعیین گردید. در گام بعدی مدل بر اساس پارامترهای بهینه تعیین شده برای سایر ایستگاهها و وقایع سیلابی ارزیابی گردید.

مقایسه مقیاس مکانی دبی حداکثر لحظه ای در حوضه دریای خزر و حوضه کرخه
چکیده:رابطه بین مساحت و دبی پیک حوضه همواره به منظور تعیین دبی در مناطق فاقد آمار مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در یک منطقه با پاسخ هیدرواوژیک مشابه این رابطه در حوضه های مختلف با نسبت برابر تغییر می کند. در این حالت به این نسبت مقیاس ساده گفته می شود. اگر تغییرات این نسبت ثابت نباشد رابطه چند مقیاسی بین دبی و مساحت وجود دارد و مساحت به تنهایی نمی تواند برای برآورد دبی سیل در مناطق بدون آمار مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. بنابراین لازم است در توسعه مدل های منطقه ای سیل ابتدا این مسئله مورد آزمون قرار گیرد. این مطالعه به بررسی روش آماری مقیاس مکانی در دو حوضهی آبخیز دریای خزر و رودخانهی کرخه میپردازد و سپس نتایج حاصل را با یکدیگر مقایسه میکند. بدین منظور دبی حداکثر لحظهای 46 ایستگاه هیدرومتری در حوضه دریای خزر و 24 ایستگاه در حوضه کرخه انتخاب شده است. این ایستگاهها دارای رفتار هیدرولوژیک مشابه در بین ایستگاههای موجود در حوضه خود هستند.. روش آماری مقیاس مکانی در این ایستگاهها با استفاده از گشتاورهای وزنی احتمال دبی حداکثر لحظهای و مساحت تحت پوشش هر ایستگاه انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در حوضهی دریای خزر پارامتر مقیاس مکانی حالت ساده و در حوضهی کرخه حالت چند مقیاس مکانی میباشد بنابراین میتوان گفت که برای تخمین دبی در مناطق فاقد آمار حوضهی کرخه نمیتوان از روش شاخص سیلاب و رابطه توانی دبی- مساحت استفاده نمود در حالیکه در حوضه دریای خزر این عمل امکانپذیر میباشد.

تحلیل و بررسی پارامترهای موثر بر سیستم تولید آب چگالشی با استفاده از انرژی خورشیدی و سرمایش زمین
امروزه به دلیل افزایش جمعیت، گسترش شهرها و کمبود منابع آب شیرین، کشف روش های جدید تولید آب از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. یکی از روشهای نوین تولید آب شیرین در ظرفیتهای پایین، استفاده از رطوبت هوا است که به عنوان سیستم تولید آب چگالشی شناخته میشود. در این تحقیق سیستمهای تولید آب خوراکی با هدف بهدست آوردن طول بهینه و ارزیابی پارامترهای موثر بر میزان آب تولید شده در سیستمهای چگالشی مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. نتایج عددی نشان میدهند که در لولهای به قطر 2/0 متر، در عمق نیم متری زمین و طول پانزده متر که دمای هوای ورودی 70 درجه سانتیگراد و رطوبت نسبی 70 درصد است، تقریبا 1/2 کیلوگرم آب در روز استحصال خواهد شد. آنالیز حساسیت بر روی پارامترهای مختلف و جنس خاک نیز انجام شده است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل نشان میدهد که دمای هوا و رطوبت نسبی بیشترین تأثیر را بر میزان آب تولید شده دارند و به ترتیب ماسه، شن، خاک مرطوب و خاک رس بیشترین آب را تولید میکنند.

تخمین مکانی بارش مبتنی بر خصوصیات مکانی و مدل PRISM در حوضه سفیدرود بزرگ
تخمین دقیق توزیع مکانی بارش در بسیاری از فرآیندهای برنامه ریزی و مدیریت بهره برداری از منابع آب و فعالیتهای کشاورزی، نقش کلیدی ایفا میکند. در این تحقیق، به منظور تخمین ماهانه بارش با دقت مطلوب مکانی، مدلی بر پایه چهارچوب PRISM مبتنی بر الگوی ارتفاعی و سایر خصوصیات مکانی، توسعه داده شد و در حوضه آبریز سفیدرود و در بازه زمانی سال آبی 1379 الی 1394 پیادهسازی شد. در گام اول نتایج حاصل از این روش در مقیاس ماهانه با روش بهبود یافته معکوس فاصله وزندار2 مقایسه شد. با توجه به درجه آزادیهای موجود در هر دو روش، پارامترهای این دو روش ابتدا در مقیاس زمانی سالانه با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک بهینهیابی شده و از مجموعه پارامترهای بدست آمده به منظور تخمین عملکرد آماری مدل ماهانه از طریق اعتبار سنجی3 متقابل استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج ماهانه محاسبه شده، هر دو مدل در تخمین مقدار بارش در محل ایستگاهها، عملکردی نزدیک داشتند. اما علیرغم این عملکرد تقریبا یکسان، توزیع مکانی بارش محاسبه شده توسط روش مبتنی بر PRISM از انطباق بهتری نسبت به الگوی توپوگرافی و شواهد موجود برخوردار است. در گام بعدی عملکرد این مدل در تخمین میانگین بارش ماهانه با روش کریجینگ معمولی مقایسه شد، نتایج مدل توسعه داده شده در ماههای پربارش و روش کریجینگ در ماههای خشک مطلوبتر ارزیابی می شود. . با توجه به حجم اندک بارشهای تابستانه، PRISM ابزار مناسب تری نسبت به کریجینگ به منظور درورنیابی مکانی بارش شناخته شد.

تعیین سهم اثرات تغییر اقلیم و عوامل انسانی بر کاهش رواناب با تحلیل حساسیت نسبت به محل نقاط شکست آماری در سری زمانی
در این مقاله، تعیین سهم اثر اقلیم و اثر مستقیم عوامل انسانی بر کاهش رواناب بر اساس سه رویکرد رگرسیون خطی، کشسانی اقلیمی مبتنی بر فرضیه بودیکو و رویکرد تثبیت- تغییر مبتنی بر شبیهسازی ماهانه بیلان آب انجام میشود. این رویکردها عمدتاً مبتنی بر تعیین نقطه شکست آماری در سری زمانی جریان هستند. نقطه شکست آماری نشاندهنده زمانی است که از آن زمان به بعد، تغییر معنیداری در ویژگیهای آماری دبی جریان رخ میدهد. در این مقاله، با تحلیل حساسیت نتایج نسبت به محل نقاط شکست در سری زمانی رواناب، تأثیر شناسایی این نقاط بر تعیین مقادیر سهمهای یاد شده بررسی میشود. کارایی رویکردهای بیان شده در حوضه بالادست سد زایندهرود که دستخوش تغییرات انسانساخت قابل توجهی مانند افزایش بیرویه سطح زیر کشت و انتقال آب بین حوضهای بوده است، مورد ارزیابی قرار میگیرد. در رویکرد تثبیت- تغییر، مدل بیلان آب برای دوره زمانی 1984-1976 واسنجی و صحتسنجی میشود. نتایج تحلیل حساسیت نسبت به محل نقاط شکست و بررسی سری زمانی تغییرات سطح زیرکشت به دست آمده از تصاویر ماهوارهای و سری زمانی دبی انتقال آب بین حوضهای نشان میدهد که در نظر گرفتن سال 2006 به عنوان سال رخداد نقطه شکست در سری زمانی رواناب، تخمینهای واقعبینانهتری از مقادیر سهم اثرات عوامل انسانی و اقلیمی بر کاهش رواناب (به ترتیب، بیش از 90 درصد و

بهبود عملکرد آب شیرین کن ساده خورشیدی با استفاده از ماسه : بررسی اثر ارتفاع نسبی آب داخل ماسه
امروزه به دلیل افزایش تقاضای آب و تجدیدناپذیری و آلایندگی انرژیهای فسیلی، شیرینسازی خورشیدی آبهای شور، به عنوان یک گزینهی پایدار تامین آب مطرح است. راندمان پایین آبشیرینکنهای ساده خورشیدی، باعث شده است که بهبود عملکرد آنها یکی از زمینههای مورد تحقیق در سراسر جهان باشد. یکی از روشهای مورد استفاده در این زمینه استفاده از مواد ذخیره کننده انرژی مانند ماسه در داخل حوضچهی آب-شیرینکن است. در این تحقیق، اثر ارتفاع نسبی آب داخل ماسه بر عملکرد آبشیرینکن سادهی خورشیدی مطالعه شده است. برای این منظور چهار دستگاه آبشیرینکن حوضچهای خورشیدی در شرایط اقلیمی اسفراین، ایران (عرض جغرافیایی 36.20 و طول جغرافیایی 57.67) ساخته شد و اثر ارتفاع نسبی آب به ماسه و تاثیر مویینگی آب در داخل ماسه مطالعه گردید. ارتفاع ماسه داخل آبشیرینکنها 10 سانتیمتر و نسبت ارتفاع آب به ماسه در 4 تیمار، 1، 0.75، 0.5 و 0.25 در نظر گرفته شد. آزمایشها در 4 روز در اواخر تیرماه و اوایل مرداد ماه سال 1399 هر روز به مدت 16 ساعت انجام شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که آبشیرینکن حاوی ماسه، در حالت تماس کامل آب و ماسه (ارتفاع نسبی 1)، عملکرد و بازده حرارتی بهتری نسبت به حالتهای دیگر که سطح آب نسبت به ماسه پایینتر بوده، داشته است. بنابراین، به نظر میرسد قرار دادن ماسه در حوضچهی آبشیرینکن خورشیدی و در تماس کامل با آب، میتواند گزینهی مناسبی برای افزایش راندمان آن باشد.

عدم قطعیت در محاسبه شاخص خشکسالی هیدرولوژیکی با کاربرد توزیع گاما (مطالعه موردی: حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه)
هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل عدم قطعیت ناشی از فرض برازش توزیع گاما بر سری زمانی دادههای آبدهی در محاسبه شاخص خشکسالی هیدرولوژیکی (SDI) میباشد. با کاربرد سری زمانی دادههای آبدهی ماهانه و سالانه در 30 ایستگاه هیدرومتری واقع در حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه، کارایی توزیع گاما در برازش دادههای آبدهی بررسی شد. نتایج نشانداد توزیع گاما در برازش سری دادههای آبدهی تنها در 1/5درصد کل حالات به عنوان توزیع برتر شناخته شد. بواسطه آزمون کلموگروف-اسمرینوف، اختلاف معنیدار بین توزیع تجربی دادههای آبدهی و توزیع گاما در 25 درصد حالات مشاهده گردید که این میزان در ماههای ابتدایی و انتهای سال آبی تا حدود 57 درصد نیز افزایش مییابد. در مقابل توزیع Wakeby در 31 درصد حالات به عنوان برترین توزیع در برازش سری دادههای آبدهی، شناخته شد. بیشترین جابهجایی طبقات خشکسالی هیدرولوژیکی با کاربرد توزیع احتمالاتی Wakeby نسبت به توزیع گاما درمقیاس ماهانه مربوط به ایستگاه قبقلو در ماه مرداد 96 درصد و در مقیاس سالانه مربوط به ایستگاه قاسملو 54 درصد، مشاهده گردید. ملاحظه گردید با محاسبه SDI بر مبنای توزیع Wakeby نسبت به توزیع گاما، بیشترین فراوانی جابهجایی در مقیاسهای سالانه و ماهانه مربوط به طبقه نرمال و بهترتیب معادل 25 و 43 درصد است.
