جذب داده برای واسنجی-پیشبینی با استفاده از مدل SWAT
در این پژوهش به منظور تخمین پارامترهای مدل SWAT و بکارگیری آن برای شبیهسازی هیدرولوژیکی حوضه آبریز مهابادچای (از رودخانههای منتهی به دریاچه ارومیه) و پیشبینی آبدهی رودخانه، از جذب داده استفاده میشود. در ابتدا پس از مدلسازی با استفاده از SWAT، روش SUFI2 که جزء روشهای واسنجی خودکار مبتنی بر عدمقطعیت و بهینهسازی بوده و درون بسته نرمافزاری SWAT-CUP در دسترس است، برای واسنجی مدل SWAT استفاده میگردد. سپس برای نشان دادن قابلیتهای جذب داده متوالی در تخمین پارامترهای مدل SWAT و پیشبینی آبدهی رودخانه به صورت همزمان، از فیلتر آنسامبل کالمن (EnKF) به صورت تخمین متصل متغیر حالت-پارامتر با برنامهنویسی درون محیط نرمافزار MATLAB و فراخوانی مدل در همانجا، استفاده میشود. نتایج نشان میدهد که روند همزمانی واسنجی-پیشبینی با استفاده از الگوریتم EnKF برای مدل SWAT باعث افزایش دقت پیشبینی و شبیهسازی آبدهی ماهانه رودخانه مهاباد در ایستگاه بیطاس در مقایسه با نتایج حاصل از واسنجی مدل با استفاده از الگوریتم SUFI2 میشود.

مدل برنامه ریزی خطی فازی برای بهینه سازی الگوی کشت در حوضه ی زرینه رود
بخش کشاورزی بزرگترین مصرفکنندهی آب بوده و عدمقطعیت از جمله مسائل اجتنابناپذیر در مدیریت آب در این بخش است. لذا در مطالعهی حاضر، بهمنظور بهینهسازی الگوی کشت در حوضه زرینهرود با هدف حداکثرسازیِ سود خالص کشاورزی و با درنظرگیریِ عدمقطعیتهای موجود، از برنامهریزیِ خطیِ تماماً فازی و با دو روشِ حل متفاوت، استفاده شده است. عدمقطعیتهای موجود در تدوین بهینهترین الگوی کشت، با استفاده از روش فازی لحاظ گردیده است و همچنین بهمنظور در نظرگرفتن عدمقطعیتهای ناشی از محدودیتِ مقدار آب دردسترس، سه وضعیت هیدرولوژیکی حداقل، متوسط و حداکثر مقادیر در بهینهسازی فازی در نظر گرفته شد. نتایجِ حاصل از اجرای بهینهسازیِ تماماً فازی، حاکی از افزایشِ سود خالص به میزان 53/2 درصد نسبت به بهینهسازیِ قطعی و افزایشی معادل 34/36 درصد نسبت به الگوی کشت فعلی از طریق کاهش سطوح زیرکشت محصولاتِ با سود خالص کم و افزایش سطح زیرکشت محصولاتِ با درآمد بالا میباشد. همچنین استفاده از برنامهریزیِ خطیِ تماماً فازی منجر به صرفهجویی بیشتری در مصرف آب به میزان 22/88 درصد میگردد. درنظرگیری باندهای عدمقطعیت 10 و 20 درصدی درخصوص برخی از پارامترهای مدل بهینهسازی، بهترتیب منجر به ایجاد صرفهجوئی بیشتر در مصرف آب و حصول سود خالص بیشتر از کشت محصولات الگوی کشت میگردند. بدین ترتیب، بهینه سازی الگوی کشت با درنظرگیری عدمقطعیتهای حاکم، بهکمک روش فازی امکان برنامهریزی بهینهتر آب کشاورزی را فراهم میسازد.

بهینه سازی مدیریت آب بر مبنای رهیافتهای حقوق بشر
نیاز به آب به عنوان یک عنصر حیاتی برای بشر، دسترسی به آب را به عنوان یک حق در زیر سایه حقوق بشر قرار می دهد. این حق که در پرتو حق حیات و سلامت شکل گرفته است، امروزه به عنوان حقی مستقل با وصف حقوق بشری مطرح می گردد که با تکیه بر آثار گسترده خود ارائه دهنده رویکردی نوین در حکمرانی و مدیریت آب می باشد. در واقع حقوق بشر با تحمیل تعهد به دولتها موجد الزاماتی است که مدیریت آب را به منظور تامین و تضمین این حق تحت تاثیر قرار داده و زمینه ساز تحول در اصول کلی حاکم بر این حوزه می باشد. در این رابطه جنبه ایجابی حقوق بشر در مقام احترام و اعمال حق آب و جنبه سلبی در مقام حمایت از این حق و جلوگیری از نقض آن از طریق مدیریت مناسب آب ظاهر می شود. براین اساس، نوشتار حاضر در صدد است با مطالعه مدیریت آب در چارچوب حقوق بشر، ضمن تحلیل ارتباط میان این دوحوزه، از رهیافتهای حقوق بشر به منظور شاخص سازی و ارائه اصول کلی در بهینه سازی مدیریت آب و تبیین ضرورت آن بهره گیرد. در انجام این پژوهش با بررسی منابع کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی استفاده شده است.

ارزیابی عملکرد دادههای باز تحلیل شده پایگاههای اقلیمی جهانی CRU و NCEP CFSR در شبیه سازی هیدرولوژیکی مدل SWAT ، مطالعه موردی: حوضه آبریز مهارلو
مدل سازی هیدرولوژیکی نیاز به دادههای اقلیمی با دقت بالای مکانی، به ویژه در نقاط کم بارش که معمولا شبکه مشاهداتی خوبی در سطح کشور احداث نشده است، دارد. امروزه مشکلات کمبود دادههای مشاهداتی اقلیمی را میتوان با به کارگیری پایگاههای جهانی شبکه بندی شده تا حدودی رفع نمود. پایگاههای CRU و NCEP CFSR از جمله معتبرترین پایگاههای بازتحلیل شدهای هستند که در این پژوهش با استفاده از مدل SWAT در حوضه دریاچه مهارلو مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. پس از مقایسه شاخصهای آماری این دو پایگاه با دادههای مشاهداتی در طی 33 سال (از سال 1980 تا 2013) که شاخص کارایی نش ساتکلیف دقت دادههای بارش این دو پایگاه را در مقیاس ماهانه به طور متوسط حدود 91/0 نشان داد، مدل سازی با SWAT برای هر 3 پایگاه داده مختلف انجام شد. نتایج مدل سازی نشان داد هردو پایگاه داده در کنار مقادیر مشاهداتی دقت بالایی در مدل بارش-رواناب دارند، که در این بین پایگاه CRU بهتر از پایگاه NCEP CFSR توانست رواناب سطحی را شبیه سازی کند. ضرایب تبیین و کارایی نش ساتکلیف در هر دوره واسنجی و اعتبارسنجی برای دادههای مشاهداتی به طور متوسط مقادیر 0/70، برای پایگاه CRU 0/65 و برای NCEP CFSR 0/60 را ارائه دادند.

شبیهسازی عددی اندرکنش دریاچه ارومیه و آبخوان ساحلی دشت عجبشیر
منابع آب زیرزمینی یکی از منابع اصلی تأمین کننده آب شیرین در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک جهان، مانند ایران بوده است. حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه واقع در استان آذربایجانشرقی ایران، یکی از مناطقی میباشد که بخش قابل توجهی از نیاز آبی با اتکا به آب زیرزمینی تأمین میشود. در مطالعه حاضر به شبیهسازی اندرکنش آبخوان ساحلی عجبشیر با دریاچه ارومیه پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور با استفاده از برنامه عددی سوترا، یک مدل سهبعدی، ناهمگن و ناهمسان توسعه داده شده است. این مدل پس از واسنجی و صحتسنجی، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. اثرات کاهش تراز دریاچه ارومیه، افزایش آن به تراز اکولوژیک، افزایش یا کاهش تغذیه خالص آبخوان بر میزان تخلیه آب به آبخوان از دریاچه و برعکس ارزیابی شده است. نتایج نشان داده است کاهش سطح تراز دریاچه با روند 4/0 متر بر سال، تراز متوسط آبخوان را به اندازه 7/1 متر در طول 10 سال کاهش میدهد درحالیکه افزایش تراز دریاچه به تراز اکولوژیک آن، باعث افزایش 75/0 متری تراز متوسط آبخوان در 30 سال میگردد. همچنین 10 درصد افزایش تغذیه خالص باعث افزایش تراز متوسط آب زیرزمینی به اندازه 8/1 متر در طول 30 سال شده و کاهش 10 درصدی تغذیه خالص باعث کاهشی در حدود 7/1 متری تراز متوسط آبخوان میشود.

مدلسازی پدیده های هیدروکلیماتولوژیکی با استفاده از مدل ترکیبی موجک-هالت وینترز
بدون شک مدل های هیدروکلیماتولوژیکی نقش مهمی را درمدیریت منابع آب ایفا می کنند. با توجه به اینکه سری های زمانی هیدروکلیماتولوژیکی دارای سه جزء اصلی خودهمبسته، فصلانه و تصادفی می باشند و رفتار مدل هایی که تاکنون ارائه شده اند، نسبت به این اجزاء متفاوت بوده است، در این مقاله از ترکیب تبدیل موجک با مدل هالت-وینترز(HW) جهت مدلسازی سری های زمانی ماهانه رواناب حوضه لیقوان چای، حوضه Trinity، حوضه West Nishnabotna و کمینه دمای ماهانه شهر تبریز استفاده شده است و با مدل های خودهمبسته و فصلانه دیگری چون مدل های آریما(ARIMA)، فصلانه آریما(SARIMA) وHW مقایسه شده است. بدین منظور سری های زمانی مورد نظر توسط تبدیل موجک به چندین زیرسری تجزیه شده و با توجه به تک متغیره بودن مدل HW، طبق دو سناریو در نظر گرفته شده، به عنوان ورودی به مدل های HW وارد می شوند. در سناریو اول فقط زیرسری تقریب و مجموع زیرسری های جزئیات و در سناریو دوم تک تک زیرسری های حاصل از تبدیل موجک به عنوان ورودی به مدل های HW وارد می شوند. نتایج مدلسازی بیانگر اینست که دومین سناریو درنظرگرفته شده برای مدل ترکیبی موجک-هالت وینترز(WHW) یعنی WHW2، بدلیل آنالیز چندمقیاسه و در نظر گرفتن اثر تمام فرکانس های ممکن، باعث افزایش دقت مدلسازی در هر دو سری زمانی رواناب و دمای ماهانه مورد مطالعه شده است.

توزیع اجزای باران به تاجبارش، ساقاب و بارانربایی در درختان انار و اهمیت آن در مطالعات اکوهیدرولوژی
محاسبهی مقادیر توزیع اجزای بارندگی در هنگام برخورد با تاجپوشش درختان به سه قسمت تاجبارش، ساقاب و بارانربایی از مباحث نوین در مطالعات اکوهیدرولوژی و منابع آب بهشمار میآید. هدف از این پژوهش، محاسبه تاجبارش، ساقاب و بارانربایی درختان انار شش ساله (فاصله کاشت 3×5/2 متر) رقم ملس ترش ساوه، در شهرستان ساوه با اقلیم خشک از دی ماه 1393 لغایت دی ماه 1394 بود. برای اندازهگیری مقدار باران، از 10 بارانسنج و برای اندازهگیری تاجبارش 50 بارانسنج (در یک قطعهنمونه 500 متر مربعی) استفاده شد و متوسط ساقاب 9 درخت بهعنوان متوسط ساقاب درختان در نظر گرفته شد. در این مطالعه 46 رخداد بارندگی با مقدار تجمعی 1/159 میلیمتر اندازهگیری شد که بیشترین، کمترین و متوسط بارندگی به ترتیب 8/11، 5/0 و 5/3 میلیمتر ثبت شد. در کل دورهی پژوهش، سهم هر یک از مقادیر تاجبارش، ساقاب و بارانربایی از بارش بهترتیب 4/65، 7/4 و 9/29 درصد بدست آمد. در دوره-ی برگدار (1 اردییهشت تا 30 آبان) این اعداد به ترتیب 1/62، 9/2 و 0/35 درصد و در دورهی بیبرگی به ترتیب 5/67، 8/5 و 7/26 درصد حاصل شدند. در کلیهی سنجههای زمانی مورد بررسی، بهترین رابطهی برازش داده شده بین مقدار باران و درصد نسبی تاج-بارش: لگاریتمی مثبت، درصد نسبی ساقاب: چندجملهای مثبت و درصد نسبی بارانربایی: توانی منفی مشاهده شد. از آنجایی که در اقالیم خشک و نیمهخشک، اصلیترین و اقتصادیترین راه تامین آب مورد نیاز گیاهان، باران است، بنابراین لازم است بیشترین بهره-وری ممکن را از آب باران داشته باشیم.

بهینهسازی بهرهبرداری از مخازن سدهای چندمنظوره با استفاده از اتوماتای سلولی
این مطالعه به مسئلة بهرهبرداری بهینه از یک سیستم تک مخزنه چندمنظوره با اهداف تأمین نیاز کشاورزی، نیاز زیستمحیطی و تولید انرژی برقابی با استفاده از اتوماتای سلولی می پردازد. در ساختار سلولی این الگوریتم، نقاط گسسته زمانی به عنوان سلول و حجم ذخیره در این زمانها به عنوان حالت سلول انتخاب میشوند. قانون بهروزرسانی الگوریتم نیز با استفاده از بهینهسازی تحلیلی تابع هدف محلی در حضور روابط غیرخطی برقابی استخراج می شود. همچنین زیرمسئله تخصیص بهینه آب رها شده از مخزن سد به نیازهای پایین دست با استفاده از روش ضرایب لاگرانژ در ترکیب با CA حل خواهد شد. الگوریتم پیشنهادی برای حل مسئلۀ بهینهسازی غیرخطی و نامحدب بهرهبرداری از مخزن سد و نیروگاه بالارود به عنوان یک مطالعه موردی واقعی، پیادهسازی و با نتایج حاصل از روشهای بهینهسازی مشتق–پایه و الگوریتم ژنتیک برای دورههای بهرهبرداری 5، 20 و 44 ساله مقایسه میشود. نتایج نشان می دهند که روش اتوماتای سلولی ضمن کاهش قابل ملاحظه بار محاسباتی، قادر است به جوابهایی با کیفیت قابل قبول از منظر میزان بهینگی دست یابد.

شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر نظام مدیریت مشارکتی با استفاده از روش AHP (مطالعه موردی : شرکت سهامی آب منطقه ای گلستان)
این پژوهش به شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر نظام مدیریت مشارکتی با استفاده از روش AHP در شرکت سهامی آب منطقه ای گلستان میپردازد. ابتدا به منظور بررسی این عوامل مروری بر متون علمی و تحقیقات پیشین و برگزاری جلسات متعدد با خبرگان صورت گرفت که حاصل این مرحله شناسایی 20 عامل به عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر نظام مدیریت مشارکتی در قالب 5 عامل اصلی دستهبندی شده است و در نهایت یک درخت سلسله مراتبی تصمیمگیری برای مساله تحقیق تهیه گردید، سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی (پرسشنامه مخصوص AHP)، نظر 22 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان شاغل در شرکت سهامی آب منطقه ای گلستان اخذ و با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) و نرم افزار Choice Expert عوامل اصلی و فرعی وزندهی و رتبهبندی شد. نتایج نشان میدهد در بین عوامل اصلی موثر بر استقرار نظام مدیریت مشارکتی عوامل مدیریتی با وزن نسبی"292/0" در رتبه اول اهمیت قرار دارد و پس از آن عامل ساختار سازمانی با وزن نسبی "248/0" در رتبه دوم و عوامل اجرایی، نگرش به مشارکت و فناوری اطلاعات به ترتیب با اوزان "198/0" ، "146/0"، "116/0" در ردههای سوم تا پنجم اهمیت قرار دارند. و به همین ترتیب هم عوامل فرعی هر زیر گروه اصلی وزن دهی و رتبه بندی شدند و سپس بر اساس این اولویتها برای استقرار نظام مدیریت مشارکتی در جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه پیشنهادات کاربردی صورت گرفت.

ارائه یک شاخص کیفیت برای رودخانههای ایران
رودخانهها از جمله منابع آب شیرین هستند که در معرض مقادیر مختلف آلایندهها قرار دارند. لذا داشتن آگاهی از تغییرات کیفی آب رودخانهها الزامی است. یکی از روشهای تحلیل و تفسیر مشخصههای کیفی آب، استفاده از شاخصهای کیفیت آب است. در پژوهش حاضر نوع و وزن متغیرهای موجود در شاخصهای کیفیت آب معتبر داخلی و بینالمللی مورد بررسی آماری قرار گرفته است. سپس منحنیهای شاخص عملکرد متغیرهای منتخب، بر اساس محدوده مجاز غلظت آلایندهها در آییننامهها و استانداردهای مختلف تولید شده است. در گام بعد با استفاده از روش دلفی 9 متغیر مؤثر بر کیفیت آب ایران انتخاب گردیده و وزن آنها بر اساس روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی به دست آمده است. به ارزشهای کیفی اعلام شده توسط متخصصین، منحنیهای با درجه همبستگی بالا برازش داده شده و در نهایت تابع میانگین هندسی برای جمعبندی زیرشاخصها و به دست آوردن عدد نهایی شاخص مد نظر قرار گرفته است. مقدار شاخص تدوین شده برای رود کارون محاسبه شده و نتایج آن با شاخصهای موجود مقایسه شده است. نتایج حاصله حاکی از تفسیر متفاوتتر کیفیت آب در این مورد مطالعاتی توسط شاخص تدوین شده نسبت به شاخصهای دیگر است.

اثر خشکسالی هواشناسی بر منابع آب زیرزمینی (مطالعه موردی: آبخوان کمیجان استان مرکزی)
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نوسانات عمق آب زیرزمینی تحت تاثیر خشکسالی هواشناسی در آبخوان کمیجان است. بدین منظور با دریافت اطلاعات 32 چاه پیزومتری و سه ایستگاه هواشناسی کمیجان، قهاوند و خنداب واقع در محدوده آبخوان، اثر خشکسالی هواشناسی از طریق شاخصهای خشکسالی بارش استاندارد شده (SPI)، درصد نرمال (PNI) و دهکها (DI) بر شاخص آبهای زیرزمینی (GRI) مطالعه شد. بررسیها براساس آزمون همبستگی پیرسون در مقیاس ماهانه و تاخیرهای زمانی 1، 3، 6، 9، 12، 18، 24 و 48 ماهه انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد وقوع هر سه شاخص خشکسالی هواشناسی با تاخیر 9 ماهه، بیشترین تاثیر را در شاخص آب زیرزمینی منطقه مورد مطالعه داشت. همچنین نتایج درصد ایستگاههای دارای همبستگی معنیدار GRI با SPI، DI و PNI بهترتیب 14/20، 43/27 و 25/31 درصد میباشد. مقایسه میانگین عمق آب در سالهای خشک و تر نیز بیانگر آن بود که وقوع خشکسالی منجر به افت ارتفاع آب بهمیزان 17/1 متر شد.

مقایسه تبخیر تعرق واقعی حاصل از داده های سنجش از دور با بهره گیری از روش گرام اشمیت و الگوریتم سبال با داده های لایسیمتری (مطالعه موردی؛ شرکت کشت و صنعت نیشکر امیرکبیر)
یکی از مولفههای مهم در معادلهی بیلان آب تبخیر تعرق میباشد که اهمیت بهسزایی در مدیریت منابع آب دارد. همچنین در علوم مختلف تلاش بر این است که روشهای سختافزاری به نرمافزاری تبدیل شوند. یکی از روشهای نرمافزاری تعیین تبخیر تعرق واقعی استفاده از سنجش از دور و بهرهگیری از تصاویر ماهوارهای میباشد. با توجه به اهمیت میزان تبخیر تعرق واقعی در تخصیص منابع آب در تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از تصاویر ماهوارههای لندست 8 (دارای تفکیک مکانی مناسب) و مودیس (با تفکیک زمانی مناسب) میزان تبخیر تعرق واقعی نیشکر در کشت و صنعت نیشکر امیرکبیر تعیین و با مقادیر حاصل از لایسیمتر مقایسه گردید. بدین منظور ابتدا تصاویر لندست 8 و مودیس به روش گرام اشمیت در بازهی زمانی 16 روزه ادغام و میزان تبخیر تعرق واقعی نیشکر با استفاده از الگوریتم سبال برآورد گردید. همچنین میزان تبخیر تعرق واقعی با استفاده از تصاویر لندست 8 و الگوریتم سبال نیز بهدست آمد و در نهایت نتایج دو روش با روش لایسیمتری و با یکدیگر مورد مقایسه آماری قرار گرفتند. مقایسه نتایج نشان دادند که میانگین تفاضل مطلق بین تبخیر تعرق واقعی روش تلفیق تصاویر و لایسیمتر 55/0 میلیمتر در روز، این شاخص بین تبخیر تعرق واقعی تصاویر ماهوارهای لندست بهصورت مجزا و لایسیمتر 063/0 میلیمتر بر روز و مقدار میانگین تفاضل مطلق دو روش سنجش از دور 58/0 بهدست آمد. همچنین در سطح پنج درصد تفاوت معناداری بین دو روش سنجش از دور ملاحظه نگردید.

ارزیابی نهاد رسمی آب ایران متناظر با سازوکارهای حاکم بر شکل گیری تقاضای آب در بخش کشاورزی از منظر چارچوب یادگیری اجتماعی
با توجه به تغییرات اکولوژیکی موجود مانند وقایع حدی و تغییر اقلیم، مشخصه سازگاری ساختار حکمرانی منابع آب بسیار اهمیت دارد و لذا مهمترین ویژگی سازگاری یعنی ظرفیت یادگیری اجتماعی در کانون توجه قرار میگیرد. باز این رو نیاز به ارزیابی ساختار حکمرانی از منظر یادگیری اجتماعی وجود دارد. مشکلات مرتبط با منابع آب ایران و تداوم آنها نشان از ضعف ساختار نهادی موجود در بهبود شرایط دارد. در این مقاله از ابزار حلقههای یادگیری اجتماعی به منظور ارزیابی ساختار نهاد رسمی حکمرانی منابع آب ایران استفاده شده است. با این هدف، توسط روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و آنالیز تم، اسناد قوانین دائمی کشور و اسناد مکتوب طرحهای ملی مرتبط با آب و کشاورزی ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که ظرفیت نهاد رسمی در ساختار حکمرانی منابع آب ایران در حلقهی یگانه یادگیری قرار دارد و از این منظر بسیار آسیبپذیر بوده و ظرفیت سازگاری بسیار پایینی در مقابل تغییرات دارد. برمبنای نتایج، این ساختار به صورت متمرکز و سلسلهمراتبی بوده و رویکرد بالا به پایین در آن غالب است. با هدف افزایش انعطافپذیری و سازگاری این ساختار، پیشنهاد میشود که قوانین بخش آب و کشاورزی با تأکید بر مکانیسمهای مخرب آنها اصلاح شوند، فرآیند تصمیمگیری بهصورت مشارکتی و با حضور همه گروداران مخصوصاً نهادهای غیررسمی صورت گیرد، نهادهای رسمی متولی بخش آب و کشاورزی یکپارچه و همگرا شوند و درنهایت سیاستهای کلان توسعهای کشور بر مبنای محدودیتهای منابع آب کشور بازتعریف گردند.

با توجه به وجود ارتباط غیرخطی بین ذخیره و دبی جریان در مدل ماسکینگام غیرخطی، این مدل از مزیتهای بالایی نسبت به مدل خطی برخوردار می-باشد. تخمین صحیح پارامترهای این مدل، جهت دستیابی به دقت مناسب ضروری است. بررسی مطالعات قبلی بیانگر وجود 5 مدل غیرخطی اصلاح شده است که با الگوریتمهای مختلف بهینهسازی سعی نمودند تا دقت پیشبینی هیدروگراف خروجی را افزایش دهند. با توجه به خطای موجود در هیدروگراف خروجی روندیابی شده توسط مدلهای قبلی، در این مطالعه ساختار جدیدی از مدل غیرخطی ماسکینگام بر مبنای هیبرید الگوریتمهای فراکاوشی PSO و DSO توسعه داده شد. در این مدل 8 پارامتره (مدل NL6) از ضریب بهبوددهنده γ، که با توجه به تعداد دبی اوج واقع در هیدروگراف خروجی مقادیر کمتر و بیشتر از یک را به خود میگیرد، استفاده گردید. اعمال رویکرد پیشنهادی بر روی سه نوع هیدروگراف ورودی و تعیین مقادیر بهینه پارامترهای مدل NL6 نشان میدهد که این مدل از دقت بالایی در تخمین مقادیر دبی هیدروگراف خروجی برخوردار میباشد. میزان کاهش خطای مدل NL6 بر اساس شاخصهای SSQ و SAD برای هیدروگراف چند اوجه به ترتیب برابر با 53 و 6/35 درصد نسبت به آخرین مدل پیشنهادی میباشد. لذا این مدل میتوان از عملکرد بالایی در تخمین هیدروگراف روندیابی شده سیل برخوردار باشد.

تأثیر برنامه های آموزشی-ترویجی بر رفتار حفاظت آب توسط کشاورزان (مورد مطالعه: کشاورزان دهستان زالوآب شهرستان روانسر)
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر برنامههای آموزشی- ترویجی بر دانش، نگرش و رفتار کشاورزان در زمینه حفاظت آب کشاورزی با استفاده از نظریه رفتار برنامهریزی شده بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل 420 نفرکشاورز دهستان زالوآب شهرستان روانسر استان کرمانشاه که طی سالهای 1390 الی 1394 در برنامههای آموزشی ترویجی حفاظت آب مشارکت داشتند، بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 95 نفر از آنان انتخاب گردیدند؛ سپس به همین تعداد 95 نفر کشاورز که در هیچ نوع برنامه آموزشی ترویجی حفاظت آب در منطقه شرکت نکرده بودند به صورت تصادفی طبقهای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب گردید. به این ترتیب 190 نفر کشاورز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. دادهها در نیمه دوم سال 1394و از طریق پرسشنامه معتبر و با پایایی بین 78/0 تا96/0 برای مقیاسهای مختلف پرسشنامه جمعآوری گردید. لازم به ذکر است که برای پایای مقیاسهای مختلف پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرنباخ استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون t نشان داد بهرهبردارانی که در کلاسهای آموزشی- ترویجی در زمینه حفاظت آب کشاورزی شرکت داشتهاند، به مراتب دانش بالاتر، نگرش مساعدتر و رفتار مناسبتری در زمینه حفاظت آب کشاورزی دارند. همچنین تحلیل مسیر نشان داد شرکت در کلاسهای آموزشی- ترویجی، بیشترین تأثیر را بر رفتار بهرهبرداران پیرامون حفاظت آب کشاورزی دارد. در این راستا پیشنهادهایی در رابطه با طراحی و اجرای برنامههای آموزشی- ترویجی به منظور بالابردن سطح دانش کشاورزان در زمینه حفاظت آب کشاورزی و نیز بهبود نگرش و رفتار آنان نسبت به حفاظت آب کشاورزی ارائه گردید.

تحلیل نهادی ساختار حکمرانی آب در ایران: مطالعه ی حوضه ی زاینده رود
در حال حاضر، سازگاری نهادی برای مقابله با کمبود آب به مراتب کندتر از تغییرات رویههای مدیریت منابع آب کشور بوده است. به تبع آن، ساختار حکمرانی بخش آب در مواجهه با چالشهای پیش رو، به صورت نا کارامد عمل نموده است. بدین ترتیب، شکاف نهادی حاکم بر بخش آب منجر به بروز مشکلاتی شده است، که از آنها به عنوان “بحران حکمرانی آب” نام برده میشود. در مطالعهی حاضر، با استفاده از چارچوب تحلیل توسعهی نهادی (IDA)، نهاد آب در سه مؤلفهی قوانین، سیاستها و مدیریت سازمانی و اداری بخش آب مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. به علاوه، عملکرد بخش آب در ابعاد فیزیکی، مالی، اقتصادی و عدالت در عملکرد ارزیابی شده است. سپس، لایههای عمدهی ارتباطات نهاد آب و عملکرد بخش آب به صورت مدل “آثار متقابل نهاد - عملکرد بخش آب” ارائه گردیده است. برآورد معادلات همزمان، با روش سیستمی حداقل مربعات سه مرحلهای (3SLS) انجام شده است. نتایج این تحلیل علاوه بر آنکه آثار متقابل نهاد آب و عملکرد بخش آب را مورد ارزیابی قرار میدهد، راهبردی برای اصلاحات نهادی مورد نیاز در ساختار حکمرانی آب فراهم می-نماید. نتایج نشان میدهد که در شرایط فعلی در عملکرد نهاد آب، اثربخشی مدیریت سازمانی و اداری بخش آب بیشتر از اثربخشی قوانین و سیاستهای بخش آب میباشد. به این معنا که نقش محوری را مدیریت سازهای ایفا میکند. همچنین، ارزیابی کلی عملکرد بخش آب نشان میدهد، که عملکرد فیزیکی بالاترین میزان تحقق را در مقایسه با سایر مؤلفههای مالی، اقتصادی و عدالت دارا میباشد.

رویکرد شبیهسازی-بهینهسازی مبتنی بر فرامدل در طراحی بهینه سیستم انتقال آب بین حوضهای
در تحقیق حاضر به منظور تعیین ابعاد بهینه مولفههای طراحی طرح انتقال آب بهشتآباد-زایندهرود، از رویکرد شبیهسازی- بهینهسازی استفاده گردید. شکل توسعه یافته الگوریتم هوش جمعی ذرات چند هدفه بهصورت چند ازدحامی با رویکرد همکارانه، به منظور بهینهسازی و مدل برنامهریزی - ارزیابی منابع آب، WEAP، جهت شبیهسازی سیستم منابع و مصارف حوضههای آبریز، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. با توجه به حجم محاسباتی بالای رویکردهای شبیهسازی-بهینهسازی در قالب الگوریتمهای فراکاوشی و نیاز به فراخوانیهای متعدد مدل شبیهسازی، هزینه محاسباتی بالایی به سیستم تحمیل خواهد شد. به منظور مواجهه با این چالش، مدلی جایگزین مدل شبیهسازی منابع و مصارف حوضه آبریز (WEAP) مبتنی بر روشهای دادهکاوی و ابزار شبکه عصبی توسعه یافت. کاهش کمبودهای تامین نیاز مصارف شرب و زیستمحیطی حوضههای مبدا و مقصد و نیز کاهش هزینههای اقتصادی اجرای این طرح، از اهداف تعریف شده در مساله پیش روی این تحقیق میباشند. نتایج نشان داد الگوریتم بهینهسازی پیشنهادی قادر به ارائه جوابهای منطقی و متنوع در مساله مورد بررسی است که به لحاظ تصمیمات مدیریتی دارای مطلوبیت مناسبی است. همچنین تکنیک فرامدل مورد استفاده، در تقریب توابع هدف مساله، صرف زمان کمتر و دقت قابل قبول در ارائه پاسخهای سیستم، عملکرد مناسبی را از خود نشان داد.

تحلیل الگوی تغییرات پهنه آبی تالاب هامون در دوره آبگیری سالیانه و تغییرات کاربری و پوشش اراضی منطقه
با بروز خشکسالیهای اخیر برنامهریزی جهت مدیریت منابع آب، حفظ و نگهداری آنها و همچنین حفاظت از جوامع محلی ارزش دوچندان یافته است. بررسی روند تغییرات منابع آبی خصوصا آن دسته از منابع که دارای محدودیت هستند و در طی دوره زمانی کوتاهی دچار دگرگونی میشوند در راستای مدیریت بهینه منابع کاربرد دارد. در این مقاله الگوی تغییرات پهنه آبی تالاب هامون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در اثر خشکسالیهای اخیر و محدودیت منابع آب، این تالاب دورههای خشک شدن را در طی یکسال تجربه میکند. لذا روند آبگیری و خشک شدن تالاب در طی یکسال مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در این راستا با استفاده از دادههای سنجنده OLI ماهواره لندست8 الگوی تغییرات پهنه آبی تالاب هامون با فاصله زمانی کوتاه تعیین شد. نقشه پهنه آبی و کاربری و پوشش اراضی با استفاده از روش هیبرید تهیه شد.نتایج صحت سنجی نقشههای تولید شده نشان داد این روش در مناطق با تنوع کاربری و پوشش اراضی بسیار مناسب است. با استفاده از نتایج این مطالعه مشخص شد که هامون هیرمند مدت زمان کوتاهتری در مقایسه با سایر قسمتهای تالاب، دارای آب میباشد که لزوم برنامه ریزی جهت حمایت از مردم محلی در این منطقه را تایید میکند.

برآورد توزیع مکانی و زمانی تغذیه با استفاده از مدل توزیعی PRMS: مطالعه موردی دشت نیشابور
در این تحقیق، توزیع مکانی تغذیه ماهانه در دشت نیشابور توسط مدل PRMS برآورد گردید. بدین منظور در ابتدا حساسیتسنجی مدل PRMS نشان داد که مؤثرترین پارامترهای موثر بر بیلان در این منطقه، تبخیروتعرق، جریان ترجیحی، رطوبت خاک و سطح مشارکت کننده در رواناب میباشند. پس از تحلیل حساسیت، واسنجی این مدل توسط نرمافزار PEST و با توجه به دادههای رواناب ایستگاههای هیدرومتری و همچنین تبخیروتعرق واقعی (ETEns1.0) برای مدت هفت سال (1381-1388) انجام گرفت. صحتسنجی مدل PRMS برای مدت دو سال (1388-1390) صورت پذیرفت. واسنجی مدل بر اساس دو مؤلفه اصلی بیلان، سبب افزایش اطمینان از مقادیر تغذیه بهدست آمده توسط مدل PRMS گردید. نتایج نشان داد تبخیر و تعرق که 87% از مجموع بارش و آبیاری را شامل میشد، مهمترین مؤلفه بیلان در منطقه میباشد و پس از آن، تغذیه با اختصاص 5/12% از حجم کلی بارندگی و آبیاری، قرار دارد. مدلسازی PRMS نشان میدهد که تغذیه آبخوان دشت نیشابور بهطور متوسط سالانه 295 میلیون مترمکعب بوده که عمدتاً مربوط به مناطق کوهپایهای و اراضی فاریاب میباشد. این مقدار تغذیه از آبان تا اردیبهشت ماه اتفاق میافتد و در ماههای گرم سال به علت بالا بودن میزان تبخیر و تعرق و کمبود رطوبت ناحیه ریشه، تغذیه ناچیز است.

مروری بر اقدامات کشور در مدیریت خشکسالی و ظرفیت آنها برای مواجهه با بحرانهای آبی
طی دو دهه اخیر، کشور خشکسالی و کمآبهای مستمری را تجربه کرده است. در پاسخ به این وضعیت اقدامات متنوعی به انجام رسید که بررسی بخشی از آنها، هدف این مقاله را رقم میزند. بدین منظور ابتدا آنها به 5 دسته شامل: 1) سازمانی، عملیاتی، 2) تحقیقات و فنآوری، 3) حمایتهای مالی، 4) مدیریت خشکسالی و 5) رویکردهای برنامههای توسعه 5 ساله کشور دستهبندی شدند. سپس، هر یک بطور مجزا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و همزمان نیز مقایسهای با سوابق مشابه در دیگر کشورها به عمل آمد. نتایج نشان داد که علیرغم تلاشهای صورت گرفته، این اقدامات نتوانسته کشور را به ساختاری مناسب برای برخورد با این وضعیت برساند، بطوریکه حتی هنوز یک سیستم پایش ملی خشکسالی وجود ندارد. درپاسخ به مدیریت تقاضا، بسیاری از اقدامات جاری، بدون ارزیابیهای لازم در بررسی ظرفیت آنها برای کاهش مصرف آب هستند. ازطرفی نیز اهدافی برای امنیت غذایی بخصوص در برنامههای توسعه 5 ساله تعریف شده که مصرف آب را بالا میبرند که در واقع پاردکسی1 بین امنیت آبی و غذایی هستند. نهایتاً اینکه کاملاً مشهود است که شرایط حاضر حکمرانی آب کشور نمیتواند پاسخگوی چالشهای خشکسالی کشور و شرایط حادتر آن تحت تاثیر افزایش مصرف، کاهش منابع و پدیده تغییر اقلیم باشند. ارتقاء این مجموعه برای توسعه پایدار کشور و امنیت ملی کاملاً ضرورت دارد.

کاربرد روش احتمال پذیرش در ارزیابی شبکه پایش کیفی کلر آب زیرزمینی (مطالعه موردی آبخوان مشهد)
آبهای زیرزمینی به عنوان یک منبع اصلی برای مصارف شرب، کشاورزی و صنعت محسوب میشوند. تغییر در کیفیت آبهای زیرزمینی که معمولاً بر اثر مدیریت غلط استحصال آب زیرزمینی رخ میدهد، به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم مقدمهای بر تخریب سایر منابع است. بنابراین ایجاد یک شبکه مناسب پایش کیفی برای آبهای زیرزمینی با تعیین حداقل تعداد چاههای نمونهبرداری موجب صرفهجویی در هزینهها نیز میشود. در این مطالعه روشی مبتنی بر مدل زمینآماری کریجینگ و تابع توزیع احتمال نرمال برای ارزیابی عملکرد شبکه چاههای مشاهدهای در دشت مشهد استفاده شده است. ابتدا با تحلیل تغییرات مکانی غلظت کلر آب چاههای نمونهبرداری توسط نیمتغییرنما، ساختار مکانی آن استخراج گردید و سپس توسط الگوریتم روش احتمال پذیرش، شبکه چاههای مشاهدهای مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد شبکه موجود یا به عبارتی دقت پذیرش آن در سطح احتمال 80 درصد برابر 1/72 درصد بدست آمده است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که از 80 حلقه چاه مورد تحلیل، تنها با استفاده از 35 حلقه چاه دقت شبکه چاههای مشاهدهای در سطح احتمال هشتاد درصد، برابر تمامی چاههای موجود میباشد و 45 چاه باقیمانده تاثیر بسیار کمی در افزایش دقت برآورد تغییرات مکانی کلر در آبخوان مشهد داشتند. در نتیجه با انجام بهینهسازی توسط روش مذکور برای شبکه فعلی و با حذف یا جابهجایی این 45 نقطه، تعداد 16 نقطه پیشنهادی موجب افزایش دقت پذیرش، از 1/72 درصد به 100 درصد شده است.

ارزیابی روشهای زمین آمار و سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی در تحلیل تغییرات مکانی و طبقه بندی کیفیت آب زیرزمینی
آب زیرزمینی یکی از مهمترین منابع آب در نواحی خشک و نیمه خشک است. از این نظر جلوگیری از آلودگی آن نیز به همان نسبت مهم و مورد توجه می باشد. در این مطالعه، توزیع مکانی پارامترهای کیفیت آب زیرزمینی و طبقه بندی کیفی آب در حوزه آبریز رودخانه شور، شهرستان دهاقان واقع در جنوب استان اصفهان، با روشهای مختلف بررسی گردید. بدین منظور از 48 حلقه چاه و قنات شاخص در منطقه نمونه برداری شد. روشهای کریجینگ معمول، کوکریجینگ و IDW با توان های 1 تا 3 برای درون یابی 12 پارامتر کیفیت آب به کار رفت. به منظور استفاده از روشهای زمین آمار توزیع نرمال پارامترها بررسی گردید؛ سپس واریوگرم پارامترها به منظور انتخاب بهترین مدل درون یابی تعیین گردید و پهنه بندی مربوط به هر پارامتر با بهترین روش درون یابی در نرم افزار ArcGIS ترسیم گردید. نتایج نشان داد روش کریجینگ معمول برای اکثر پارامترها بهترین روش درون یابی است. بر طبق نقشههای پهنه بندی تجمع پارامترهای کیفیت آب و آلودگی در شمال حوضه بسیار بیشتر است که این امر با وضعیت هیدروژئولوژیک منطقه در تعامل بود. نتایج طبقه بندی کیفی آب با شاخص WHO نشان داد کیفیت آب در شمال حوضه مطلوب نیست.

بررسی پتانسیل خورندگی و رسوبگذاری آبهای زیرزمینی دشت دزفول اندیمشک با استفاده از تکنیک زمین آمار
خصوصیات کیفی آبهای زیرزمینی به عنوان یکی از شاخصهای مهم جهت برنامهریزی مصرف منابع آب هر دشت بوده که بر نوع مصرف تاثیر گذار است. خورندگی و رسوبگذاری آب یکی از مشکلات کیفی منابع آب زیرزمینی است که بر مدیریت شبکه توزیع آب تاثیرگذار است. در این مطالعه به بررسی پتانسیل رسوبگذاری و خورندگی آب زیرزمینی دشت دزفول- اندیمشک پرداخته شده است.جهت محاسبه پتانسیل رسوبگذاری و خورندگی از چهار شاخص لانژیلر، رایزنر، پوکوریوس و لارسون – اسکولد استفاده شد. برای پهنهبندی شاخصها با برازش واریوگرام از روش کریجینگ و کوکریجینگ استفاده شد نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان میدهد واریوگرام نوع کروی و گوسین بهترین نوع واریوگرام جهت برازش همبستگی مکانی شاخصها میباشد. علاوه بر این برای شاخصهای لانژیلر و پوکوریوس روش کریجینگ و برای شاخص لارسون- اسکلوند روش کوکریجینک مناسبتر میباشد و برای شاخص رایزنر تفاوتی بین روشها وجود ندارد. همچنین قسمتهای اعظم دشت مشکل خورندگی و مابقی مناطق رسوبگذار هستند و برای استفاده از آب زیرزمینی این منطقه باید از هوادهی برای حذف آهن و منگنز، حفاظت کاتدی، استرپوشی، لعابکاری و رنگکاری برای جلوگیری از خورندگی و استفاده از مواد بازدارنده رسوب از جمله ترکیبات فسفاته و همچنین برداشت کمتر از منابع آب برای جلوگیری از رسوبگذاری انجام شود.

ارزیابی یک روش توزیع ناپارامتری برای داده های هیدرولوژیک در مکان-زمان مبتنی بر K نزدیک ترین همسایه (مطالعه موردی: سه زیرحوضه غرب دریاچه ارومیه)
در هیدرولوژی، مدل های احتمالاتی توزیع داده جهت توزیع جریان و بارندگی در مکان و زمان با حفظ وابستگی زمانی و مکانی به طور گستردهای استفاده می شوند. از بین این مدل ها، مدل های توزیع داده ناپارامتری به دلیل سادگی و عدم نیاز به تعداد پارامترهای زیاد اخیراً بسیار مورد استقبال محققین قرار گرفته اند. در این تحقیق روش توزیع ناپارامتری لل-شارما اصلاح شده به عنوان یک روش K نزدیک ترین همسایه معرفی و سپس عملکرد آن در توزیع زمانی و مکانی مقادیر جریان رودخانهای و بارش در سه حوضه آبریز در غرب دریاچه ارومیه مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور ابتدا مقادیر مجموع جریان و بارندگی سالیانه سامانه هیدرولوژیک مورد نظر با استفاده از مدل احتمالاتی خود بازگشتی مرتبه اول تولید گردید. در ادامه براساس مدل توزیع ناپارامتری لل-شارما اصلاح شده، ابتدا دادههای سالیانه تولیدی از مدل خود بازگشتی مرتبه اول در سه حوضه آبریز توزیع شد. پس از آن، مقادیر سالیانه در هر حوضه به ماههای مختلف سال توزیع گردید. مقایسه پارامترهای آماری دادههای تاریخی و تولیدی در دو سطح سالیانه و ماهیانه نشان میدهد که روش توزیع ناپارامتری لل-شارما بعنوان یک روش K نزدیک ترین همسایه اصلاح شده، در بازتولید همبستگی های زمانی بهتر از همبستگی های مکانی عمل کرده است. همچنین این روش آمارگان تاریخی در سطح سالانه را به خوبی بازتولید کرده، درصورتی که عملکرد آن در بازتولید آمارگان تاریخی در سطح ماهانه ضعیفتر است.

ارزیابی خشکسالی ایستگاههای سینوپتیک غرب کشور با استفاده روش هربست و مدل عصبی-فازی تطبیقی
بارندگیهای کم و متعاقباً دورههایی با دبی کم اثرات قابل توجهی برمدیریت منابع آب دارد. علاوه براین افزایش روبه رشد تقاضای آب موجب بحرانیتر شدن شرایط در دورههای حاد خشکسالی می گردد. مدیریت خشکسالی و اعمال محدودیتهای استفاده ازآب دریک نقطه بطورمستقیم تابع شدت خشکسالی میباشد. در این مقاله به بررسی تداوم، شدت و شاخص خشکسالی با استفاده از روش هربست و پیش بینی مقادیر کمبود بارش ماهانه با مدل ANFIS در 27 ایستگاه سینوپتیک در استانهای منطقه غرب کشور طی دوره آماری 30 سال(1985-2014) پرداخته شد. نتایج پایش خشکسالی نشان داد که در ایستگاههای سینوپتیک سراب و کرمانشاه به ترتیب با 260 ماه و 122 ماه بیشترین و کمترین تعداد ماه خشک را داشتند. و ماکزیمم شدت نسبی خشکسالی(Y(بدون بعد)) در ایستگاههای مراغه و جلفا به ترتیب 47/3 و 50/2 محاسبه شد. بیشترین و کمترین مقادیر شاخص خشکسالی(I) در ایستگاههای تکاب، سراب، سقز و سرپلذهاب و در ایستگاههای استان اردبیل و لرستان رخ داده است. همچنین در پیشبینی مقادیر کمیود بارش ماهانه(MMD) با مدل ANFIS با توجه به معیارهای نش، ضریب تعیین و میزان خطا جز در ایستگاههای کرمانشاه، میانه و پیرانشهر مدل عملکرد بهتر را نشان نداد.

ضرورت ابرمدل منابع آب و یکپارچهسازی زنجیرهی خروجی مدلها
امروزه، مدلها بهعنوان مهمترین ابزارهای تحلیلی، مدیریّت منابع آب را شدیداً درگیر ساختارهایی غیرمنعطف کردهاند؛ بهگونهای که دشوار است به یک مشکل مربوط به مدیریّت منابع آبی فکر کرد که در حلِّ آن یک مدل درگیر نباشد. این نوشتار تلاش دارد با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، ضمن تعیین روند تحقیقات علمی در مدلسازی منابع آب، نگاه حاکم بر مدلهای مختلف را بررسی کند. تحلیل محتوای مقالات انتشار یافته در مجلهی تحقیقات منابع آب از سال 1384 تا 1395 نشان داد که در مدلسازی منابع آب سطحی بر ارزیابی مدل تمرکز بیشتری است، درحالی که در آبهای زیرزمینی دغدغهی دستیابی به مدلی بهینه برای بهرهبرداری بیشتر، حاکم است. بررسی اهداف مدلسازی نشاندهندهی عدم اجماع در انتخاب مدلی بهینه است که میتوان آن را بهدلیل ماهیّت مدل و پدیدهی مورد بررسی دانست، بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود با ارائهی یک ابر مدل بهمنظور یکپارچهسازی و ایجاد تسلسل در خروجی مدلهای منابع آب گام نهاد. ضرورت نیل به چنین ابرمدلی (1) نگاه یکپارچه بر مدلهای منابع آب (2) درهم پیچیدهگیهای شرایط اقلیمی و طبیعی کشور و (3) منشاء و کاربردهای متکثّر (4) درهم پیچیدهگی و تکثّرهای سازمانی است که تلاش میکند جهت حرکت از «تخمین به تخصیص» را به «هدف به تخمین» در منابع آب تغییر دهد.
