واکاوی علّی رفتارهای حفاظت از آب کشاورزان مورد مطالعه: شهرستان خرم آباد

چکیده

مسائل و مشکلات آب بخاطر خشکسالی و بهره برداری بی‌رویه باعث مطرح‌شدن اهمیت مباحث حفاظت آب و رفتارهای حفاظتی کشاورزان شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی علّی رفتار حفاظت از آب کشاورزان شهرستان خرم آباد انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی بهره‌برداران فعال شهرستان خرم آباد در سال 96-1395 به تعداد 22812 نفر بود که از فن پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از 310 کشاورز در سطح این شهرستان استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط 4 نفر از اعضاء هیئت علمی دانشگاه شیراز تائید، و برای ارزیابی پایایی آن یک مطالعه مقدماتی با تعداد 30 نفر اجرا گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که میانگین انجام رفتارهای حفاظتی کشاورزان در سطح منطقه موردمطالعه 02/1 در دامنه 0 تا 4 می باشد که حاکی از پایین‌بودن انجام رفتارهای حفاظت آب در بین کشاورزان منطقه بود. همچنین، نتایج تحقیق براساس تحلیل مسیر رفتار حفاظت از آب کشاورزان نشان داد که تمایل رفتاری، آگاهی از اثرات رفتارهای حفاظتی، پیروی از الگوهای روستائی، دسترسی به منابع اطلاعاتی و دانش فنی حفاظت آب بطور مستقیم؛ و متغیرهای ارزشهای اخلاقی، قضاوت اخلاقی، آگاهی از قوانین آب و درآمد کشاورزی بطور غیرمستقیم بر رفتارهای حفاظت از آب موثرند. این متغیرها در مجموع توانستند 57 درصد از تغییرات در رفتار حفاظت آب کشاورزان را پیش‌بینی نمایند. بنابراین افزایش آگاهی از اثرات مطلوب رفتارهای حفاظتی، تقویت دانش حفاظت آب، استفاده از ظرفیت مراجع روستائی برای ترویج رفتارهای حفاظتی و نشر ارزشهای اخلاقی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در گسترش رفتارهای حفاظت آب بین کشاورزان داشته باشد.

Water problems and issues due to droughts and inappropriate water using led to develop Research and Executive fields around water resources protection and farmers’ water protective behaviors. Present study aimed to analyze farmers’ water protective behaviors in Khorram-Abad County, Using survey technique and questionnaire tool for gathering data form 310 samples. Statistical population were consisted total active farmers in Khorram-Abad County during 2016-2017 including 22812 person. The questionnaire reliability has confirmed by 4 faculties of agricultural extension and education at Shiraz University, and the questionnaire reliability has confirmed by a pilot study with 30 samples outside of statistical population. The research results showed that the mean of behavior variable is 1.02 (in range 0-4) which implied low water protective behavior among farmers. Also, the results based on path analysis showed that variables such as behavioral tendency, awareness of protective behaviors’ desirable effects, following rural models and leaders, access to water information resources, technical knowledge of water protection directly; and variables such as moral values, moral reasoning, awareness of water laws and agricultural income indirectly affect water protective behaviors. Totally, these variables can has predicted 57 percent of the changes in farmers' water protective behavior. Therefore, the solutions such as increasing farmers’ awareness of protective behaviors’ desirable effects and technical knowledge of water protection, using the potential of rural models and leaders for extension of water protective behaviors, improving moral judgment and diffusion of moral values related to water using can lead to extend can lead to extend among farmers.
