بررسی تأثیر احداث مخازن تأخیری در حوضه‌های آبریز در مقایسه با عملیات موضعی مهندسی رودخانه‌ برای کنترل سیل در محدوده شهر

چکیده
این تحقیق تأثیر مخازن تأخیری قابل احداث در حوضه‌های آبریز شهری، یعنی حوضه‌ای که بلافاصله در بالادست و مشرف بر شهر قرار دارد، را بررسی نموده و به مقایسه اقتصادی و اجتماعی آن با گزینه‌های مرسوم مهندسی رودخانه برای کنترل سیل در محدوده شهری می‌پردازد. در این تحقیق که  به طور موردی در حوضه آبریز شهری آبخروار در شهرستان بهبهان از استان خوزستان صورت گرفته است، پس از تعیین سیل طراحی و روندیابی آن، تأثیر سیلاب در پایاب بر ابعاد کانال انتقال، ابتدا بدون در نظر گرفتن مخازن و سپس با در نظر گرفتن مخازن، مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. جهت برآورد اقتصادی طرح، هزینه عملیات عمرانی کنترل سیلاب در هر دو حالت با یکدیگر مقایسه شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که کنترل سیلاب در حوضه آبریز منتهی به شهر در مقابل گزینه‌های کنترل سیل در محدوده شهری و عملیات مهندسی رودخانه، چه به لحاظ اقتصادی و چه به لحاظ امنیت روانی از اولویت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است.

چکیده English

In this paper effects of constructing detention ponds for flood control in basins immediately upstream an urban area, are studied. Comparisons are made between this practice and conventional localized river engineering countermeasures regarding socio-economical aspects. The study is conducted in Abkharvar urban basin in Behbahan city in the KhouzestanProvince, in southwestern Iran. Based on the design flood routing, the effects of detention ponds on the dimensions of the conveyance canal are studied. Total costs of flood control alternatives are then compared. Results show that regarding socio-economical issues, detention ponds are superior to conventional localized river engineering and flood control countermeasures for flood control purposes in urban basins.
